I go to specialty coffee shop only occasionally for a special coffee. The last 2 times at this shop, my coffee was nothing more than heated milk. Totally flavorless. I will not go for 3. I am throwing my punch card away as I won’t need it.

I visited the store last week as we stopped for coffee and cookies. I've been very pleased with Reach Out, especially with their coffee shop and artwork available for sale. But I was really bothered that the store had a sign on the door that said customers could wear a mask or not wear a mask, according to their personal preference. This is in Wisconsin, where the governor had issued a mask MANDATE, not a mask suggestion. In the age of Covid, as cases are currently exploding in Wisconsin and the President himself has contracted the virus, this store is putting their customers at risk and flagrantly disobeying the governor's mandate. I know these folks are supporters of life issues--what about the lives of their customers? I know these folks believe in the Bible--it's a Christian book store! Have they not read Romans 13 that speaks of obedience to the government? I was very disappointed and will not be giving them my business for the foreseeable future.

Love this place. Wonderful gifts and good coffee. Just suprised staff is not following mask mandate. I will return when virus has settled down.

would give negative stars if possible. cult like atmosphere.. overpriced cafe with staff that are clearly more versed in trying to sell you some over priced religious trinket than knowing how to make coffee. owners were rude at best.

This place is lovely for Christians and non Christians alike, it may look small on the outside but it's actually quite spacious and sells a wide range of items from children's toys to home goods; then there is the added bonus of the adorable coffee shop, friendly staff and great food and drink.

Great service and the best americano I've ever had! Cheaper and more delicious than Starbucks my 20 oz. was $3.00. Definitely will come here again!

This is a great place to hang out and have coffee or tea. The music is uplifting and a wonderful place to shop for cards and books.
