Great cold brew and gluten free bakery items. The chocolate chip cookie and cherry almond muffin were delicious.

Kick Ash has gluten free bakery items, all kinds of coffee, and locally made products for sale among other things. It's a great place to meet with friends or look for an Ellison Bay souvenir!

Great place for coffee and tea. Even better known for gluten free granola items, which my daughter is a big fan. Very "organic/earthy" fung shui atmosphere. "Be Happy" is a big motto here and the place exhudes positive vibes. Very holistic, also have essential oils, soaps...
Not many food options. Also a co worker space available and relaxing chairs to hang out.

Nice addition to Ellison Bay. The new location is roomy and comfortable. The coffee is the highlight, and it is very very good. The pun with the name is appropriate! (;

Here comes the "but"! Somebody involved with this business must be gluten intolerant, or they have a "thing" against gluten. I tried several of the gluten free pastries, and they were also free of any of the usual pleasure a sweet treat and fine coffee might offer. They were dry crumbly mouthfuls of a sawdust like substance that the chocolate or other bits of real food added could not rescue.

Door County has way more that it's share of fine bakery products. Look around. You can fix this.

Love the granola. The coffee is amazing as well! The building is incredibly cool and offers an outdoor space to enjoy some of the bakery treats offered with your coffee.

Great place to stop get coffee,tea,other house made coffee drinks. In house baked goods try the cherry almond granola muffin ,you be back for more. Plenty of space to get comfortable , browse the nice selection of gifts and goods.

One of the best coffee places in DC! Make this a must visit, you won't regret it.

Great coffee shop. Located in an old church, it has a very nice atmosphere. Good amount of options, especially for a small town. Don't imagine it's a Starbucks though. Not lattes, mochas, or espresso on menu. Just small town shop with coffee, chai tea, and hot chocolate options. Also some light eating options. Still allows you to get your fix. Buy a shirt while there. They're "Kick Ash"!

The coffee shop is very cute- it's a converted church so nice and spacious. They don't have as many coffee offerings as most coffee shops that you'd be used to (i.e. no espresso machine, etc) so it's basically just coffee, iced coffee, chai, and the like. Unfortunately they were out of chai when we visited on a Friday in August so the selection was quite limited.

It's a very popular place and we came here to work. They have a spot in the back "co work space" where you can access high speed internet but it costs $14 to sit back there. There are plenty of other tables inside and outside where you can access internet but I lost connection a few times which dropped me from Zoom meetings :/. I wouldn't count it as a reliable place to take meetings unless you're willing to pay to sit in the "co work space" where there is 5G. It's also extremely loud outside as it's on Hwy 42 and there are dump trucks passing by constantly- again, not a good place to take a call.

My only other comment is the bathroom is locked which I found odd. We had purchased coffee drinks/breakfast in the morning but the line at the counter was consistently 5-8 people deep and I didn't have time to stand and ask for a key to the bathroom as I was working. It's sort of annoying they are locking their bathroom.

Positive experience! Friendly staff, very cool atmosphere/archtecture with a great selection of foods, coffee, and gifts. They even offer high speed wifi work areas for rent and supply coffee for it! Quaint little garden area behind the store to enjoy the yummy coffee. The ladies behind the counter were our only friendly interactions in upper door county. Recommend visiting this place if in the area!
