The Coffee Grounds

Not just a coffee shop! This place is great for buying microbrews including gluten free options, wine, kitchen goodies, and nice food stuffs. I have bought gifts here for friends and family, ordered lunches/dinners, and had good coffee. The staff is always friendly and helpful. All in all just a great store.

The coffee and bakery items were so fresh! I had never been there before, but plan on going back to check out all of the other items for sale there.

As a coffee shop, the quality and experience far exceeds any chain and those prices are often comparable. To purchase a bag, considering the roaster is next to the shelves and often running you may see an increase but you will certainly notice the taste. There is higher end kitchenware, recognizable wine, truffles, non-cheddar cheeses, a walk-in humidor, many craft brews, and higher end spirits. Thanks to the WWW, you can spend an hour easily researching wines you may not have found otherwise for 90 miles and competitive prices to boot. Staff is friendly and will get you genuine answers.
I enjoyed CG at their last location and I enjoy it in their current digs. The menu is short but variety is well-represented. Certainly, if you are visiting or want to impress a visitor, this will not disappoint.

I love coming here for their great coffee and baked goods, but recently stopped in to prep for a girls night in. I was having trouble finding a good snack mix to account for everyone’s dietary needs while still feeling like a good uncompromising spread. One of the staff saw me struggling and helped me pick out a few knockout items that were unique but traditional enough to feel like a real wine and cheese spread. The food absolutely stole the show. Very grateful for this local gem and will be back for the next event.

The fish fry is also VERY good but I try not to talk about that too much so there is more fish for me ☺️😂

This place is just down the street from my house, and having not lived up here for long I checked it out. The variety of the items they carry is impeccable, the bakery area has some wonderful options (highly recommend the chocolate truffles!), and the staff there were friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit steep but worth it for the quality.

Probably the best hazelnut syrup I've had. Very cute store, fun to look at all the liquor and wine options as well as the coffee! They have a coffee shop in the back and a dining area but it seems like a shop when walking in.

What a great find! Conveniently located a few minutes off the highway, this place has great coffee, a wonderful selection of micro beers, and a walk - in humidor for cigar lovers. All the essentials under one roof! The environment and staff are also fantastic.

Good service, nice location and setting unfortunately the food quality was extremely mediocre. Eggs are over cooked and brown, biscuits are very dry and flavorless and if you order extra meat like bacon for example, just know that it will be two tiny overcooked pieces that you would expect from a free super 8 breakfast buffet.

You get what you pay for; middle of the road pricing on beverages and food - their kitchen wares and other products are a little more on the expensive side but most lines aren't necessarily indicative to the area

They have an awesome Cafe area with plenty of seating. Great for meetings are just getting away to relax.

Workers - Always apologize to the customer if they’re dissatisfied.

Shop / market: 5 stars for selection

Food: 4/5 stars - Reuben & Cuban. Please use Bushel Boy tomatoes so they’re red and tasty, rather than peach colored and mealy.

Employees: one was friendly, but the other didn’t apologize when we accidentally purchased an expired soda that had gone flat. She acted annoyed but offered an exchange. Customer service should be obvious, but sadly it’s not.
