This place is always fill with students and paying customers. One male employee stated the students can camp here until closing shift, without as a paying customer. The sign says otherwise to limited seating capacity for others. The table wasn't clean, the place is always fill with students. There are occasions I had to sit on high chair or outside table. I rather spend my money else where to dine in.

The sandwiches are so good. The soups are amazing and you will love the cookies. Highly recommend.

I am not local, first timer.
Place was semi-busy, on Sat around 2pm. Service was typical - no complaints. Wait time wasn't bad. Atmosphere/ambience seems nice.

I ordered a Pita sandwich with soup of the day (vegetable garden), and black coffee. Pita was great, soup was okay.

The 1/2 hoagie is small and unfilling.
The hot chocolate was simple syrup in a lukewarm cup.
The nachos were just chips covered in shredded cheese and microwaved.

Stopped in for lunch, and had a nice sub sandwich and ice tea. This is authentic home made simple food in a friendly atmosphere. Initially the order line moved slowly. Once our order was placed, the food was brought to our table very quickly.

Home made breads, muffins, and cookies.

Craft beer. Speciality coffees.

Handicap friendly.

Street parking.

Free WiFi.

The worse coffee. . . I ordered a cafe mocha...taste like the chocolate was moldy and had a burnt taste...save your money and go to Starbucks... . Sandwiches are so-so. I mean, this is 2021, who puts sprouts on sandwiches anymore. That's a 1960s thing. I live in San Francisco, and nowhere they put sprouts on a sandwich. Not the best service, the counter people remind me of wanna be hippies. . . They need to work on customer service. The soup I had was very good. There are better options in the downtown to spend money with better food and good service.

Wow! I had the soup and sandwich combo and it was excellent. Nice place, friendly staff and great ambience being able to eat at outdoor tables!

Acoustic Cafe is a go to place for good food and a comfy vibe. Little has changed for this establishment over the years. It will be interesting to see how new management continues this Eau Claire tradition.

I got done ordering for my family and they don’t accept American Express. The girl behind the counter said, “I guess we should have a sign about that…” - Yeah, that would be convenient. I offered to pay with a check and they don’t accept that either. Walked out, politely, but won’t be back.

I've gone here for years for the music, atmosphere, sweets, and chai 😍 Today was my first time having the food. The hoagies and chili were both worth the hype. Seriously, that bread is way too good. They were super busy but everyone working was friendly and efficient.
