Target Bluff German Haus Shops

A great place to stop and stretch your legs on a long trip, they have a small Antique shop and a craft artisan sales area to bouse through, they are talking about getting a restaurant started in the building also.

This is a new restaurant, it has German food and excellent quality steaks, cooked to your liking. The name of the restaurant is called Bluff View in Camp Douglas. Check it out you won't regret it.❣️

Couldn't get served set for close to 30 35 minutes,, Saturday, one person sitting at the bar I came in got acknowledged and then I got ignored so I left

Not great. Unlike the reviewer who spent one day in Germany and didn't consider this food authentic, I've been married to a German woman since 2001 - So I know what's up and I agree with them.

I ordered the Rahmschnitzel which is fried pork (or veal) with mushroom sauce. Instead it came with red sauce that tasted like Campbell's tomato soup. My wife thinks they ran out of mushroom mix and used a can of tomato soup instead.

The pork was dry and the spaetzle was not fresh, nor home made.

This was way too expensive to be this thoughtless.

On the bright side I got a salad buffet out of it, which I did enjoy.

My grandparents owned this restaurant for over 50 years. I miss them and love them dearly. I wish I could have dinner with them one last time. I strive to be as strong, lighthearted and loving as them.

Nice place great crafts and stuff and antique's really good people to deal with, will shop again, can't wait for the restaurant to open , smells great

They are just getting started. More German cuisine would be great.

Cafeteria food and not in a good way. Ranch dressing will save your meal here. Service was slow and poor. Looks like a cute place, but needs help in the kitchen.
