Main Street Cafe

I ordered the Saturday special. Roast beef, mashed potatoes, and gravy. The roast beef and gravy tasted like they came out of a can. The restaurant wasn't very clean and organized.

Good food, great pie! And the service was fast and friendly.

Stopped by for a piece of “famous pie.”
It was Fantastic and WELL WORTH the price, especially with ice cream!
Would have given them a 5/5 IF the waitress would have shown the slightest bit of interest or friendliness. Frankly, she was TOTALLY indifferent that we walked in. Almost acted like we were intruding. Shame. Wouldn’t think a small local cafe could get away with such indifference - guess there are plenty of tourists to go around.....

We recently had mini tarts made for our reception and many of our guests talked about how great they were! I would definitely have them make desserts for any future event.

Everything was raw, undercooked. Had two fluffy pancakes, both almost cool inside, next to raw and two over easy eggs with raw egg whites, barely white. Food inspector would have a field day in there writing up, what used to be an awesome place to eat. Not proud to get a free meal, but I left waitress $3.00 tip. Jerry from Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Their food on the other hand, not so much! Gave them 3 different chances to prove me wrong and thought maybe it was just a bad day but every time was terrible.

Food was very good and HUGE portion sizes. I ate my omelot for three days. Also got the apple cinnamon pancake and cinnamon roll. Both were the size of my face and were exceptional.

Seemed as if there wasnt enough staff. Waitress continously told us she was busy and our food was coming. Well talking with employees is not my idea of being busy with other customers. Food portions and price were crazy. Will not be a regular

Stick to pies! Friday fish fry, was given water then ignored. After 20 minutes I asked if anyone could take our order. 35 minutes to get fish (the special). An hour and a half in and out. Other tables around us waited just as long and 1 table with 8 people came in after we did and was served long before us. Never again..

We ordered 200 tarts or "mini pies" for our wedding and everything was absolutely amazing. The price is more than fair and the service is amazing. Oh, and not to mention, the pies are phenomenal.
