Four Corners Restaurant & Bar

VERY long wait times and food that doesn't fill you up would be the first two things that come to mind when I think of this restaurant. Their catfish is very good, but everything else is mediocre at best. Nice and friendly servers, but you wait for food for over a half-hour without fail.

I'm giving this place a one star for a couple reasons.
First off, it was Friday night fish fry and there was only one waitress working her butt off trying her hardest to serve a whole building of people. I find that to be extremely unethical and rude on the employers part. The poor young lady didn't get even a second of a break for the hour we were there. She just ran around making sure everyone was okay. People were even being rude to her because she wasn't fast enough to take their order. She was the only one there for crying out loud!
Second, the older woman at the cash register was not friendly at all. The only reason being because we didn't eat all of our fish and we wanted to take it home so it wouldn't go to waste. Because as soon as we would have said we were done it would have gone in the trash. I'm not the wasteful type. It was all you can eat and it was only a couple pieces of fish. So why she made such a big deal about it is beyond me.
And third, what is with not having a card reader of any sort? I understand they have an ATM machine, but there's a charge for that depending on your bank. It's quite frustrating not being able to pay with card if one doesn't have enough cash on them.
So, once they get with the times, have an adequate amount of staff per guest, and not get huffy over something simple, I will bring my business back to Four Corners. As of right now, I have been left with a sour taste in my mouth, and sympathize with the waitress who was working tonight.

Great food and friendly staff, good prices as well. Make sure you bring cash, no cards.

Breakfast was yummy and VERY reasonably priced. Our waitress was awesome, I wish I remembered her name. She was the only one there with about 7-8 tables and was on top of everything, even coffee refills.

Very friendly atmosphere, kind service, very delicious food, very reasonable prices, Kid friendly.
Would recommend for a good family dinner.

The greatest kept secret! I've been driving past for 12 years and never noticed it, I'm so glad we were hungry on our trip home and stopped by. So cozy and warm, great food and super affordable.
