The ice cream here tastes better than anywhere else on have been. You have to get the the string cheese if you go here. If you like aged cheese than this is the place I bought 20yr aged cheddar. They sell more than just cheese, but be sure you buy cheese.

I go here every week! Im spoiled because their cheese is SO good!! I cant eat cheese from grocery stores anymore! The price is very close to grocery stores too, sometimes cheaper! Huge variety, has an ice cream shop inside as well as gifts. Open every day of the week until 6 p.m. Friendly staff. Get some of their cheese curds and warm them in microwave until they are almost melted. You will think you have died and gone to Heaven, i swear. Curds are made fresh every Friday. They still squeak when i buy them on Sunday. The string cheese is also the best. As in, THE BEST. I dont leave reviews like this, but this place deserves some recognition!!

The food is awesome, the people are very nice, do not come here expecting to get your food immediately. This is a tourist attraction, not a restaurant. They have a few tables in back. The string cheese is hands down the best string cheese I've ever eaten in my entire life, you have Not eaten string cheese until you've had cedar valley string cheese.

Excellent selection of Wisconsin cheese, snacks, souvenirs, etc. Pre-Covid they always had a lot of samples for customers to try before they buy. I am not a huge fan of the dips because they seem very mayo heavy and don’t have enough flavor but I know people that do really like them. Honestly, you don’t need dip if you’re eating their homemade pita chips. These are a bit pricey but VERY worth it. The string cheese is another favorite. It’s thick, stringy, and has the perfect salty taste. They serve Cedar Crest ice cream and some grill/ deep fried food. Obviously their cheese curds are amazing but I haven’t tried any sandwiches yet. I highly recommend you check them out before your next party. Definitely take any guests from out of state, they’ll need to stock up!!

Cheeeeeeeese!!! You want the best cheese you've ever laid your hands on. It's here. They have phenomenal selections of Door County coffee and beef jerky as well. Among many other great selections. An easy one stop shop and they included a freezer bag with purchase!!! Good for long trips. Staff are fantastic and very nice. Thank you guys!!

I've sent various assortments of string cheese, curds, spread, etc. to friends family all around the country. Arizona, Colorado, S. Carolina and Tennessee. Most have never had cheese like this from Wisconsin. Everyone absolutely loves the Wisco care packages I send their way from Cedar Valley. It seems to be unanimous, present company included, that they have the best string cheese you can get anywhere. Would 100% recommend sending your peeps some of the best cheese they will ever have. EVER.
