The cafe is clean and attractive, and in the event that the cat lounge is fully reserved, the wall between the cafe and the lounge room is glass, so that everyone can ogle the kitties. Masks are required and very cute cloth masks are available for sale if you need one. The cat lounge offers toys to play with the younger cats, and an attendant who can give guidance on the older cats' personalities. The coffee was well brewed and tasty, and the selection of pastries was small but well chosen, and went well with both the coffee and the setting. My kids and I will definitely be going back.

Coffee was great and the macaroons were delicious as well! I love that you can either enjoy your coffee and food away from the cats or inside by the cats. It was very clean for the amount of cats they had and I hardly could smell the litter boxes, they kept them fresh and cleaned out. It was enjoyable and I'd be back!
I only wish there was a way to get to the cats without having to walk outside.

I’ve always had a great experience. The Barista is always super friendly, and they are all super protective of the cats. I love that they will not adopt to just anyone and they want to find these cats a loving home. Also what is not to like? Cats and coffee/hot chocolate.. who doesn’t want a good snuggle while they sit there and enjoy a hot beverage.

Such wonderful people, incredible environment, caring staff for the cats. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely go back. Highly recommend Pawffee Shop Cat Cafe

What a great place!!!! Very cute, small and CLEAN setting which makes it relaxing and not overwhelming. I came tonight (Thursday), and there was a good handful of people but I heard Saturday’s are pretty crazy. The woman supervising the cat room was so nice and literally knew everything about the cats. She was also moving around a lot and doing a lot to care for the cats. I wish I could adopt a cat but I have too many at home so I will instead promote this place to my friends! Also, the cats are unbelievably sweet. We weren’t supposed to pick them up but that’s ok because some of them came up to us and sat on our laps. My one suggestion would maybe be to have different teas. I don’t drink coffee, but I instead had hot chocolate. It was such a great place to catch up with a friend I haven’t seen in forever and I will be back!!!

My husband and I loved it here. It was our first time ever visiting a cat cafe and we truly loved it. They have two separate areas, one side is the cafe and the other side is where the cats are roaming freely. My husband had their caramel macchiato and scone; I had a hot chocolate and it was all delicious. The cat area was amazing and I loved just being able to spend time with them. Everything was amazing and I can't wait to be back.

When you first go into the cat section it definitely smells like the litter boxes should be cleaned either better or more regularly. However the cats are clearly very well taken care of and loved by the staff. Everyone working there were extremely polite and know the stories of the cats that are there. The barista was also very nice and the drinks are reasonably priced.

Great place to go for good coffee and snuggly kitties. Very friendly staff. Be aware of timing. It can be overwhelming when there are a lot of young kids in the kitty space.

I love this place! The cafe side has cookies, scones, and drinks to choose from and some really cute merchandise you can buy. The side that has the cats is really cute. The cats have plenty of toys and there's a tv running a youtube channel with squirrels most of the time. They also have lots of places for the cats to hide away when they need to. The staff is friendly and you can tell they all love the cats! Grandpa Karl is one of my favorite volunteers to see there!

The Pawffee Shop is the purrfect place for cat lovers! I have been here several times now and have never been disappointed! It has become my go to spot every time I’m in Appleton.
The cafe side serves a great selection of coffee, delicious scones, cookies and macaroons. The cat side is always very clean with lots of precious kitties ready to meet you (and steal your heart!😻) The staff is always so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about all of the kitties.
Also, check out Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary in Green Bay - another local cat paradise, run by the same human! I am always recommending these places to my friends and family!
