Large selection on the drink menu. All your standard coffee options plus a bunch of premium drinks. We came right around noon so it wasn’t too busy. Got our food and drink under 10 minutes.
We order a Mocha Mocha premium drink, dark roast coffee with cream and sugar, and a Strawberry Smoothie. All three drinks were satisfying but nothing extraordinary. We also ordered a Turkey Bacon Cheddar Asiago Bagel Sandwich and a Turkey Avocado Ciabatta Sandwich. Both were fresh, hot, and filling. The Avocado spread was fresh unlike other places we been to where the Avocado spread was brown.
Coffee and drinks: 4 Stars based on options and tastes.
Food: 4 Stars based on options and tastes.
Atmosphere: 4 Stars - variety of seating options. Large table for large parties, small tables for two people, private seating for studying / reading.
Overall this place is a like a cross between a Dunk’N Donuts and an Star Bucks. I would come back here and recommend it for anyone looking for a new place to try.
HUGE flavor menu of coffees, large cup sizes, the best breakfast bagel I've had, friendly/helpful staff and delicious coffee. So happy this place opened up!
Opening day was a success. The wait times were not bad at all for an opener. The manager gentleman (didn’t catch his name) was super upbeat and friendly as well has helping his staff out. Drinks were made perfectly and the bragel is so good! I’ll be back for more.
We checked this place out for the first time yesterday, and we were extremely disappointed. My dad just got a regular coffee with some cream and it was so awful that he had to dump it out. I got an iced Teddy Bear, which is supposed to be flavored with white chocolate and caramel. It had very minimal flavor and I couldn't even taste the coffee. There was so much milk in it that I could blow bubbles. It cost over $8 for both of these. I forced myself to drink mine because it was so expensive. For the prices this place charges, the quality should be way better. I would not recommend coming here. I would give zero stars if possible.
First time I've been here. I ordered a 20 ounce frozen latte. It came to $7.48! So with such a premium price for one drink, I had high expectations. It was very basic and unremarkable. I've frequented Starbucks, DD, Gloria Jeans, and (even as sad as it is to say) that McDonald's produces better coffee for so much less. I doubt I would comeback again.
I love coffee and this place just might be my favorite coffee shop. I had to come to the area from Oshkosh a few weeks ago and I love trying new places (especially coffee shops) so it was a no brainer to give this place a try. I have been back 3 times since and make an excuse to go to Appleton just so I can come here again. All their coffee is amazing. My favorites have been the Butter Bear Latte and the Teddy Bear Latte. I don't think you will get a bad drink here. The donut holes are good as well. Haven't had any of their food yet but if its anything like their drinks its gonna have to be amazing.
The service is great as well. Inside or drive thru you will get your drink fast with friendly service. If you are looking for a change from Starbucks definitely give this place a try.
I've been about 4 times and every coffee I've tried has been awesome! Excellent, friendly service! Have had the turkey ciabatta which was delicious and also tried the bacon, egg and sausage on a bagel. Also good but the bagel did not seem toasted but rather like it was put in a microwave (which they should not be) prefer my bagels toasted. The atmosphere needs a little work like some decorations, plants, etc and I think a couple more nice chairs and coffee tables than what they've got would be nice as well to make it feel more inviting but, it's not preventing me from going back! LOL. I despise Starbucks and refuse to go there and will definitely continue to be a Biggby customer!
I didn't give a review the first time going, because I wanted to try again to see about consistency. Very good service and plenty drink choices. I love the bagel sandwiches. This has been great since bagelicious closed. Happy to have found a new bagel place. We also liked the southwest chabatta sandwich. We have tried frozen hot chocolate, Carmel apple frozen drink, and Berry Chocolate Creme Freeze. All very good!
One suggestion: I like to go to bagel shops and have lunch and usually they have fruit and chips as sides to make it a full lunch. I highly recommend that this place include some fruit or chips for those that want to make a full lunch. It could be as easy as going to Costco to get bulk chips or basic fruit.
I love that one opened close by, literally across the street from the DD&SB lol. I really enjoy how friendly the barista's are. I like to try new flavors, and they are very helpful and honest with suggestions. My husband loves the energy blasts with no sour and extra zip says he gets more from that then the same old energy drinks everyday. I was a Carmel only at the other places, because not many options and half the time they're out of certain ingredients. My daughter is hooked on the cream freeze the confetti cupcake so far number 1 but she cones up with good custom creations so that'll change soon (she says I'm only allowed to bigby if she's with me so its our after grocery shopping treat) every weekend
The good: The staff were extremely nice and the service was quick, especially considering they just opened. Their menu is HUGE (clearly geared more towards sugary drinks rather than your standard coffee beverages), but there are a lot of flavor and syrup options if you like that kind of thing!
The bad: The coffee was undrinkable. We ordered two cold brews (one with foam, one plain), and both were so incredibly bitter and had a really weird aftertaste, so we ended up dumping them. Not sure if that was standard, or just an off day. But it's also not cheap - two drinks coming it at just over $10.
I was really excited for a new coffee place, but unfortunately didn't have the greatest experience here. The vibe is great and the staff were really friendly and fast, but the drinks just didn't deliver.
