Amazing food, delicious coffee, and that tall beautiful barista with the curly hair absolutely radiates positive energy. I've never experienced better service in my life than from the crew at Mugshots. If it were up to me, I'd never get coffee anywhere else in my life!

They have really great drinks but my husband and I go in as regulars, we walked to get ourselves a couple coffee's today, and the past two times this week they have been closed early when the online and the hours on the door say they're open until 7PM. We came there both times around 5PM so we are a bit confused about why they are closing a couple of hours early? Or haven't changed the hours yet? because we came in last week right before 7 and seemed to be open like regular hrs.

The man who served my gf and I was rude point blank. He got absolutely livid when I said Iced macchiato, to then rant about starbucks? He then didn’t get my gfs drink because he was too busy ranting about starbucks and iced macchiatos…. Then got annoyed when I said he did not get my gf’s drink. Price wasn’t worth it for the attitude we got. Just wanted to try more things out down town

Great and beautiful atmosphere, dope vibe.
Great coffee selection. My fav is there Chai tea. And the paninis are unique and flavorful. Actually amazing...!! Deff a must to check out

Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Treats and food are delicious. They even recommend drinks and flavors if you can’t decide what to get.

The barista who waited on me was very polite and answered my questions. The shop is beautifully decorated with soft lighting and sports an old fashioned bar top. I had a vegan London fog which was delicately sweetened and steamy to boot!

Ordered a honey nut iced latte with mocha added and almond milk. It was delicious and exactly what I wanted. Service was fast and friendly. Inside decor is pretty cool.

One of the best spots in Wheeling, go see Grant and get a cup!

Thanks for the delicious breakfast sandwich and mug muffin for our rainy road-trip home. Your coffee, americano and chai latte were the perfect fuel!

Place looked cool and good menu. I waited 15 mins in line and still had yet to order with only one person in line ahead of me the whole time. Needs more staffing so I ended up walking out. But may try again in the future
