One of the finest meals I have eaten in my life. I've been to NYC and New Orleans and eaten great food. Mrs Yen filled my plate with just the right amount of freshly prepared, incredibly flavorful, quality food. I will return for more and bring my friends.

Yen's Sandwiches is my favorite restaurant in South Charleston! Everything on the menu is delicious!

Best milk tea I've found in Charleston thus far! There are plenty of vegetarian/vegan options that are delicious, and the staff is always friendly.

This is a top notch plus place. Do not miss your chance to enjoy it. They have smoothies, bahn mi, pho bo, spring rolls, and more. My personal favorite is the beef bahn mi. The heat and consistency is just right. If you are a fan of trying new things, you will undoubtedly be a fan of Yen's sandwiches.

Low key, simple but always great. As a foodie who has traveled around the country and world and always put food tops on most trips this is my sole recommendation for place to eat in Charleston. In a city that is needing a better food scene this is the best i have found.

I ordered a kiwi boba smoothie (which was ok I guess) and a small pho. The pho came of course in a small container, but only filled halfway. For these two things I was charged $16.03, which is definitely not worth the money. A small pho only being around $8 or so their menu said. So I was charged $8 for a small cup of smoothie.

The place is amazing I usually get drunk as can be Saturday night and it’s walking distance from the house, So I hit it up every Sunday! Everything is great, if I’m in there and I see you don’t tip these people I’ll slap you in the mouth in the parking lot!

I can't believe I waited so long before I left a review. Tony is the man! I've had bahn mi in so many places across the coast, this shop is at the top of my list. Many shops out source their bread but yens doesn't have that luxury since no one else makes bahn mi around the area. Anytime he has bread for sale I buy everything he has on the counter, It's that good. I must admit the place is cute, so it's good for lowkey dates and they have outdoor seating as well. GET THE FLAN
