This place is a hidden gem! Growing up we always used to have tea parties and this place brings it all back to life. From all the tea accessories, the fun hats you can wear, and the perfect little tea sandwiches, you'll love it! I've been here quite a few times and its a must stop when my sister comes into town from Florida. The gift shoppe and tea selection is great even if you should chose not to dine in. There us a daily soup and quiche along with regular menu items. Highly suggested!

The Monte Cristo panini, Cobb salad and I ordered a side of Brie was fantastic. The Wife had the Royal 3 tiered meal, she loved everything! Great place, she will be taking her Mom and 2 daughters next

they are NEVER open. they close way too early so i can’t even go after work. they’re ALWAYS on ‘vacation’. i don’t even know how they get any business for how often they’re closed. i wouldn’t recommend coming here. i’ve been told good things about this place and looked forward to going but i guess they were wrong because this company is not being run the way it should be!!!!

I love the tea shop at the Seneca Center it is the only place in town that you can get traditional English scones and Devonshire cream! The scone selection changes daily so you never know what flavor you'll get. The service can be slow at times but that's part of the experience. If you're in a rush for lunch maybe this isn't the spot for you. The chicken salad sandwich comes on a croissant and it is wonderful. The egg salad sandwich is good too but messy! They also have a turkey sandwich with cranberries that is a favorite of my husband's. If you order the side salad be sure and try the balsamic! The owner is so friendly and my husband and I love the food at this place!

I took my friend Janelle to The Teashoppe Today for her birthday. It was amazing. The service was very nice, the tea was so very good we had the Orange Spice (I think we drank 12 cups) the atmosphere was so pleasing that we just wanted to stay there and relax. The food was excellent. We looked at all the teapots and accessories. We also bought some extra tea for ourselves to take home. We cant wait until we can go back again. Hats off to the staff and owners. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

This place was lovely! The staff was super friendly and the food tasted real, I'm sure everything was made from scratch. The prices are unbeatable and the layout is extremely cute and elegant. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice lunch, tea party or date with the friends.

The Tea Shoppe is one of my absolute favorite places to go, relax, and have a nice meal on the weekend. They have a variety of teas in all different styles: white, green, oolong, black, herbal, and even pu-erh. Every tea I've tried here has been fantastic, and I appreciate such diversity in styles. A pot is easily split between two people so you can try out plenty of varieties.
The food is always great. Their salads have honestly some of the freshest ingredients I've seen eating out: the mixed greens don't even have so much as a smidge of pink-red around the edges and the onions are vibrant and crunchy. I also appreciate the large number of vegetarian options. The scones are inexpensive and served with cream and lemon curd, and they have many great varieties.
We've had some hit or miss with service, but it's mostly been pretty good.
You can also pick up tea or any necessary tea essentials at the front of the shop, and they have a great rewards program.

This is an absolute gem in Morgantown. It's so quaint and inviting, and brings your six-year-old tea party dreams to life. The atmosphere is a unique mix of styles that is fun, classy, and quirky. Not to mention the food. They serve delightful little tea sandwiches, scones, desserts, and more. And their selections of tea takes up over three pages of the menu. They have all teas imaginable.
I make a point to have Sunday tea with my friends every time I go to town. I've never been anywhere like this. It's definitely one of my all-time favorite places to go.

Kinda disappointed in my visit yesterday. First I waited 15 minutes after being seated to place order. And, no, the server was not with other guests, nor at register. Second, I asked 3 times for lemon with my tea. Server claims doesn’t need to write anything down- yet - it was not given until 3rd ask. Finally, we order sandwich with cup of soup. The sandwich served with salad or chips is 9.95. The cup of soup is 3.00. Yet, ordering as an “upgrade” yields just being served the sandwich and soup for 9.95 plus 3.00. I don’t get it. When asked about it, it seems I didn’t say it correctly, or I could have had both? Probably be a while before I spend 40.00 for 2 croissant sandwich with small cup soups- one scone and teas.
