I don't normally review places after I've been to them the same day. But we got an ice coffee with cream and sugar, a chocolate chip muffin, and they were both good. They don't have fancier iced coffees just yet like iced mochas but I'm sure they will! Nice and cozy. Perfect place for those wanting some peace and quiet and a nice coffee. Been waiting for this to open! Very nice people greeted us as well when we came in. Very nice atmosphere
Such a nice little corner coffee shop. A large hot coffee is only $1.79. There are notes on the table, that if anyone approaches you for money to direct them to The Rescue Mission, that serves 3 free meals a day, 365 days a year, no questions asked. There is a really nice free library along one wall. There is even a painting of Saint Drogo of Sebourg, a Catholic Saint and the patron of coffeehouse owners and keepers.
Tried several items on their menu- iced coffee, hot apple cider (winter special), & pepperoni rolls. The food was so delicious we got a scone and muffin to go! Friendly and fast service. Definitely a must visit!
I came to do some work and was fortunate enough to witness a beautiful act of kindness that I imagine is common here. An elderly man came in who was struggling to figure out issues with an app on his phone, and a very patient and kind employee took a good deal of time between customers to help this man figure out the issues and explain the technology. Everyone here is treated with respect and dignity, and the employees take time to talk and get to know you. There is a free library, lovely art by Joe Santoro, and live music from time to time! The food and drink options are great!

Quality Coffee, inviting atmosphere, no price gouging. Sure beats Starbucks. A welcome addition to the downtown Martinsburg area.

Consistently fresh coffee; delicious Cinnamon Twist (and other) pastries; and courteous staff. Highly recommend.
