An unexpected gem of a coffee shop in a sleepy West Virginian town. New age coffee is served inside old time vibes. Almond and oat milk substitutes are offered too. Currently there is no dining inside but there are a couple of tables on the sidewalk to enjoy your beverage. Reason enough to stop in Elkton for a hand-crafted drink.

Stopped here yesterday for iced coffee. They charge $3.97 for the coffee, 47 cents for the ice, 70 cents for vanilla flavor. Total $5.14 in small town Elkins, WV. Coffee was OK but not worth my repeat business.

Sorry man but I don't buy your "best ingredients" BS. Your coffee is still average and paying more than $5 for a cup with 47 cents going to ice is unconscionable... and shameless.

Very good coffee. Had their pour over coffee. Very unique flavor. Not overpowering. Nice calm atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

I just moved to the area from Pittsburgh and Indianapolis before that. The oat milk cappuccino they made me rivals the best shops from those towns, for what it's worth. Decor, awesome. Spacious and I love the green and wood interior. The San Peligrino was cold. The staff was super friendly. An absolute gem for anywhere, let alone in a town of 7,000 people like Elkins, WV. I will be making TipTop a regular spot.

Lovely café. I have had coffee, tea, and golden milk here. All prepared perfectly. Peaceful atmosphere.

Love this place! Nitro is amazing, tumeric latte is amazing, pour overs are amazing. Probably everything else too but I havn't had it all yet. The staff is always friendly to talk to. By far my favorite coffee place in the state.

Always a good place to stop in. Its in Elkins a hole in the wall town in West Virginia. Staff are always nice and the Barrista through down during one of the first fridays, I was there was pretty amazing. Ill always make a trip back. If you like good coffee, tea or other good things 100 would reccomend to a friend.

Overall a very nice place, good food and beverages. Staff was awesome. My only complaints ,not their fault, was trying to find it in Elkins. Parking wasn't bad. The original Tip Top will always be my favorite but I'll stop there whenever I'm in the area.

I stopped in last Friday morning and the person behind the counter couldnt have acted less interested in waiting on me. Seemed annoyed I was even in the building. Was my first time there, probably my last.
