Seems as if only half the employees will actually make the drink that you pay for and some of them have no idea what actually goes in the drink to begin with. They charge extra for everything that you ask for, which is understandable, but the majority of the time, you don't get those extras. Even if it's written on the cup, they don't look and just continue to make the standard drink. If they're gonna charge for it, the very least they could do is give you what you pay for. Some employees do an amazing job and they are the only reason for 4 stars.
