The staff was amazing and so helpful with all of the kids we brought in for a birthday party. Their drinks are great and taste like you just need another one. Looking forward to going back for miniature golf.

Heard rave reviews about this place. Unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. We stopped on the way back from camping at around 11 a.m. There was only one other person in line, yet the wait was about fifteen minutes. There was no food to speak of, except a few granola bars. Without any acknowledgement from the staff, we upped and left.

Also, the employee was not wearing the face mask over their face and neither was the customer at the counter.

We stopped here a couple of times while we were in Beckley, always great. The people are friendly and the drinks were good. They have such different drinks than most places. Worth a visit.

This is a fantastic place to chill out. Menu includes many coffee drinks, chai tea, pastries, bagels, and ice cream. The owner is a lovely person to chat with. While it’s not a huge establishment, I didn’t feel that my friends and I were in the way when we met on an afternoon off and chatted for 40 minutes or so over warm drinks.

Nice, quaint coffee shop. Rather small in my opinion. I always feel crowded but the coffee is great. It's a unique place worth a visit at least once!

The Chocolate Moose is very nice. The ice cream is good and very affordable. You can sit down and have you ice cream and drinks inside. They have all the local newspapers that you can sit and read without buying them. They also have an assortment of board games to play. Very nice staff.

Girl got 1 out of 4 drinks wrong. She had no help at all and the line was getting long. Good service wish she had someone to help her. It was really hot inside too. I would go back only for drinks not for golf or rock climbing. I feel bad for the people waiting to pay for golf in the line for drinks and food.
