Mocha Tree Espresso

Very nice staff. Think they have really outgrown the location. Had to park in center lane for 20+ mins to get in line.

Setting aside the rumors and hatred against Mocha Tree, I decided that because I was in somewhat of a desperate need of a job I would give them a chance. After setting a time and day of having an interview with who I assume was the hiring manager, I was left with disappointment. Showing up five minutes early than my interview was set at, I had to wait an entire hour past my interview time because the ladies working had said she is still in an interview with another girl, and could last up to two hours long. Maybe if the time management skills were much better thought out beforehand, I'd still have hope for their business to be successful in the long run.

But it really take a lot of time just for one drink. This shop always has a lot of cars all day I think they should be faster or get more people to keep the flow going please.

Always had friendly customer service and the coffee isn't the worst I've had. I'm just confused if their business hours are correct. Says they open at 6am but sat and waited in the window from 6:15 to 6:30. All the lights were on but nobody in sight.

Love their teas and shakes! And always friendly staff!! I have a punch card here and am ready for my free drink cant wait!

Great drinks and great service.
Folks like to complain, it kills the boredom and allows them to feel victimized or "important" when in fact their words cannot speak louder than the actions by the baristas who always know my drink.
Keep up the great work ladies!

Honestly I don't drink coffee I was just picking up an order my wait time was insane and must have had one person working cause it took forever but....the customer service was awsome sweat and nice. And it was close to noon I would think rush hour would make things go quicker.

Normally they make good coffee but after my last two drinks I've bought not to eager to go back. I order a 32 oz peppermint mocha frap usually and I stress the peppermint part cause for some reason creme de mint always makes me sick the rest of the day. The last two times I've ordered my drinks from them they used the creme de mint instead of peppermint and I had to throw the drinks away. I wouldn't have a issue with it if I had been told idk may be they were out of peppermint that way I could have just had a regular mocha frap but I dislike paying so much for something that I have to throw away. So I advise making sure your coffee is right before you leave.

Do not go here! I went here months back and actually looked at my drink and gave it right back because it looked so awful. The screen shots posted are not mine, but someone who had a bad experience there as an employee. Be careful and do not waste your money or time.

Love the place do not visit often last two visit my husband ordered a 32 oz. Strawberry shake 1st time way to thin more like strawberry milk 2nd time he got a strawberry smoothie 3 the charm??? Hope they get it right.....
