Wow. I am a donut person. I will take a donut over any other breakfast pastry any day. I love those round little frosted puffs of heaven. I've lived in Yakima for over 10 years and I've had Don's at work many times, but I went to the store for the first time a few weeks ago. It was amazing to see firsthand where all the magic happens. Upon entering the store, I looked for my precious maple bar and I didnt see any under the glass. When it was my turn to order, I told her how sad I was that my favorite was gone. She went in the back and made some fresh. Amazing donuts, irresistible fresh coffee, and the best customer service in town... Now that's a 5 star rating!

Very limited bagel sandwich menu with only 3 different cream cheeses. Nothing exciting unless you count strawberry cream cheese. Someone had posted a HUGE bagel menu which is why I went here but they don't have that menu any more! The review was only 4 months from the date I went so it was very very disappointing. Lady said that Yakima doesn't have the population for that menu.
The bagel was stale and hard as a rock and the texture was like eating jerky and so ridiculously chewy that my jaw hurt after eating one half. I didn't eat the rest and threw the other bagel away. Yakima has very few fresh bagel places and this one was a bust.

Don is a very kind man who happens to make delicious doughnuts too. I love the cream filled with maple glaze. Pretty good cup of coffee to go with your bagel sandwich. Stop by and try something.

Went here for the first time to pick up a dozen doughnuts for a work function the day after New Years. They were completely cleaned out and had barely any choices. I didn’t have any other places to go too and asked the girl working there if there were any other doughnut stores available for more options since I’m new to the area. She said there was a dunkin doughnuts in union gap but that their doughnuts were better and fresher than dunkins. I decided to give this place a shot because she was polite and nice with good customer service. Unfortunately the doughnuts were terrible, very stale and dry!! I was embarrassed to have brought those to my coworkers.

Small mom & pop shop but with excellent selection of donuts and friendly, neighborly service. The jalapeno-cheddar bagel BLT sammich that Don made me was to die for. I loved it. Some favorites are the maple, white frosting, donut holes, and the funky turnover they have. Their cinnamon buns are freakishly massive. Jurassic in size, like 3 times the size of a Cinnabon. Also loved the oatmeal cookies. Prices are way inexpensive too. You can't go wrong here; I love this place.

My family has went to this doughnut shop since my daughters were babies. Don and Julie always greet you by name and make you feel like your part of the family. Their doughnuts are the best we have ever had. Your missing out if you don't go here at least once!!!!

The best I can say is that the staff was friendly. The bagel sandwiches were unmemorable. Sadly, I've had better donuts from grocery stores. Won't be back. Not sure why the reviews are so positive (lack of competition, I suppose).

Another Yakima gem! Cannot go wrong here, donuts and coffee, and of course plenty of specialty donuts. Great staff.

Good donuts and nice service, price isn't bad either. Be prepared to wait as this place gets fairly busy and the friendly staff won't pressure anyone to choose quickly. Coffee isn't half bad either.
