Cruisin Coffee South 1st

Yikes! I don't usually come here but I came today for a lotus drink. Apparently their price board is 8 years old (according to the barista) so all of the drink prices are false advertising. They gave me the total and I about jumped out of my car. $10 for a single drink? It should have only been about 6. My drink was good but not enough to justify $10. That is absolutely ridiculous especially when I can go other places outside of yeah come on and they're under $5 for the same drink. Management needs to update their signs so they're not false advertising to people who aren't regulars. I probably will not come here again

Fast service! Young man that took my drink and sandwich order was very polite and helpful. Turkey sandwich was delicious. Will be going back again

Every time I come here I ask for a different sizes but the price is always the same. And tbh that's not even the bad thing. If you pay cash, they just keep the change without offering to give it back. Entitled women work here and this is the reason me and my girlfriend go to coffee now. Also the reason I never tip here.

Terrible customer service! On two different occasions with two workers I have had terrible service. Worker did not seem happy and annoyed when I asked for some time to look at their menu since it was my first time going. Each time they never greeted or said thank you after they gave my drinks. After I received my drinks from worker, she immediately closed the window and said nothing. I wasn’t finished. Rude and unfriendly workers, drinks were okay. My iced mocha had very little ice, slightly cold. I don’t recommend visiting this place.

This place!! :-) My favorite (for years!!) when I'm down at that end of town. They have a delicious strawberry lemonade and THE BEST sandwiches!! I personally think it's their mayo/mustard mixture but who knows!!??! It's always so fresh and tasty!!

I like their coffees/beverages, sandwiches, and service (their turkey sandwiches-everything on it are underrated). The ladies there are quite nice and do a good job preparing my food or beverage everyone. The location is really convenient and a hassle in the same moment lol, that darn intersection. But its close to the main street and businesses that you don't have to go out of your way to visit. They seem to be popular, there are lines occasionally-like all good places. This place has been worth the visit everytime. Full reccomendations.

Cruisin Coffee was the first coffee shop I went to when I came (and later moved) to Yakima and I was beyond impressed and instantly fell in love! I have been trying other local coffee shops because Cruisin is quite expensive. I did try a real peanut butter milkshake the other day and fell in love all over again, but the price still deters me.

Just got a bagel from here on my break at work. The charge for cream cheese is 90 cents, with a charge like that I’d like to get more than a teaspoon of cream cheese on my bagel. Not sure how to upload a picture or else I would. Literally can’t even taste the cream cheese that’s how little there was. And to be charged almost an extra dollar for that?? Very upset

I drove up with my wife on Father’s Day and said “I need to look at the menu” and the lady at the window opens the door very hard and yells at her co-workers, “I’m getting the next car they don’t know what they want! And walks out of the building and stops serving us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES!
