Ballesteri's Coffee House

We had the Avocado Shrimp Salad and the best lemon shortcake I have ever had. And great service.

This is a great restaurant with great food but there is a waitress who covers the breakfast crowd during the weekend who is it a brunette and she’s one of the worst waitresses I’ve ever experienced. Any newly arriving customer coming into the restaurant when she is on shift will wait 10 to 15 minutes before she even raises their head from folding Napkins and appearing to be busy behind the counter. Then when she brings you coffee she spills coffee on your table almost every time because she is so impulsive she won’t take the care that is needed to pour it carefully. She almost always has a frown on her face. This is the kind of employee that will ruin a small business like this so I hope the owners see this. Why people stay in customer service oriented jobs who can’t deliver good customer service totally baffles me. I won’t be going back for a long time.

Horrible experience, food was not good at all. My wife and I both ordered a "meat lovers omelet " but were surprised to see your only allowed one meat. When we got the food it was bland, and didnt even have vegetables.

My wife didnt eat hers and the waitress was very rude and kept asking my wife what was wrong with her food, why dont you like it. My wife was trying to be polite and kept replying it's fine thank you, we're fine thank you. The waitress got mad and made a seen to the point where my wife was so embarrassed and went to the car crying.

Needless to say I was not happy and gave that waitress a piece of my mind and was far from nice about it. We will never go back there, and do not recomend the food which is also very over priced as well.

The cutest breakfast place you can go to in Yakima. Wonderful staff so welcoming Emily is such a good hostess. Will return because of amazing customer service.

Really good lunch & I look forward to having breakfast sometime. I had the Black & Bleu burger & it was hot & fresh. Definitely check it out. You won't be dissatisfied :)

Over all great food but the sausage patties were smaller then what they have in the pictures .they need to be at least a quarter #lb!

My sister and I had breakfast at Ballesteri's this morning, a half order of biscuits and gravy, which comes with potatoes, and we added an egg. Good sized fluffy biscuit, good gravy, and great home fries! I really wanted to lick my plate.

They have great sandwiches and fast friendly service I hear there breakfast are very good to but have only gotten lunch there so far . I have been going there for over six years.

I came here for the first time on Mother's Day for breakfast I couldn't believe what Great customer service we had for as busy as those gals were fast, friendly and excellent food for a great deal!! I definitely recommend and will be trying them again soon!!
