I would give one more star if the costumer can check their cards online and the cashier would give receipts to check the points. The card system is not convenient. Please improve it!! Other than that I like their organic coffees. Please open a branch in Bothell.

I Deliver for UberEats and had a customer order a single 24 Oz Americano. - I went to the counter , showed my order for UE and the woman making the drinks didn’t even look or make eye contact and just said “ya, it’s gonna be a min” waited over 15 min as I watched one employee on her break sitting at the coffee bar with who I assume is her boyfriend/partner. One girl at register taking orders, and the woman making the drinks -Kat G I think her name tag read- make every in person order first, told the register girl to help make more in person customer drinks, and when the register girl inquired about the delivery orders, Kay responded- “ya, I know I’m going to get to them in a min”. then nearly 20 min later the girl on her break comes back to help and makes the door dash orders before mine despite that door dash hadn’t arrived yet and I was still waiting. I overheard her say twice that there are several DoorDash orders and only ONE Uber eats order. Zero professionalism or kindness and not an ounce of urgency. Horrible service. Do not recommend, especially if you’re a delivery driver or in a hurry

My 20 oz. Americano, while mostly tasty (although for three shots' worth wasn't as strong as I expected or desired), was lukewarm. They had no way to heat it up (they offered to add hot water but that would only further weaken the taste).

I used to love this place but not anymore. I was friendly and ordered a simple drink off the menu but they were not friendly back. The coffee was not very good for being quite expensive, I couldn’t taste the coffee, only milk and sugar. Also they don’t give a coffee bean anymore.

I love Mercury's but for some reason this location is always either understaffed or fully staffed but moving at a snails pace. I love their white chocolate mochas though so I will continue to go there, just don't be in a hurry.

Just left with out my coffee, again. I am all for customer service however when 3 baristas are talking to the same customer for over 5 minutes after assisting them they are no longer working for a tip. The line behind me was forming as we all waited to order. Only one barista was making the coffees while the rest stood around, crowded at the register chatting away with the same customer about everything that was NOT related to his coffee related. I left out of the line and headed into the grocery store. I was able to order a breakfast sandwich and pay for it. On my way out of the store I saw the lady who was behind me barely getting her coffee. I asked her how much longer did it take and she sarcastically said a hour. This Mercury coffee is in a convient location and of course the recognize repeat customers. If they baristas could please remember there are plenty of us in line ready to order and pay that would be great.

Consistently great across all the Mercury's locations. The coffee is good, their pastries are very good, the rewards program, is good, and the baristas are all friendly, efficient, courteous.

The coffee is the yum and the empress employees are so nice! The only thing is the blended drinks are so, so pricey! Otherwise, is give 5 stars.

I love Mercury coffee and always get my coffee from them but the experience at the Mercury inside the Haggen store was awful. First the barista didn’t get the order right and was on her phone all the time. When prompted to check if the coffee was made per order, she messed up the entire cup from the outside while trying to fix it. I had to ask for napkins and a new lid to clean up. Very unhygienic and very bad customer service. I don’t pay extra at Mercury to get a sub-optimal experience. Finally, the snickers mocha didn’t taste as usual. Very disappointed, not coming back.

Each time I've ordered anything from Chloe, the barista, his service is excellent, he has a friendly, efficient, can do attitude. Please give this guy a raise!
