North Shore Cafe

the coffee was good, the pastries were so-so, and the barista had a terrible attitude. we arrived at 1:45 and she immediately informed us that she was closing in 10 minutes. (posted closing time was 2 pm.) during the entire drink preparation process, she was banging cups, slamming doors, and being rude. when one of our kids thanked her as we were leaving, she said nothing and just looked at us. the coffee certainly wasn’t good enough to override this incredibly poor customer service.

You really need to update your google hours if you’re gonna decide to be closed on Thursdays. We weren’t the only ones to arrive there and be disappointed. Gave it 2 stars because we have no idea if the food is good, I’m sure it is, but you need to be considerate and update your hours on google.

Another trip down the gorge and quick stop for lunch at this very pleasant spot. Awesome they serve breakfast until 2 pm because their Gorge Greek scramble called my name and did not disappoint! Just the right combination of feta cheese, veggies and my request for mushrooms made it perfect. Thanks north north - great again.

This is my absolute favorite place to go in White Salmon. They have fabulous bowls and various types of breakfast. I think my favorite is the gorge Bowl, but I also really like the avocado Bowl. They've got great coffee and an excellent atmosphere. I also really like they're fresh juice, it's a blend of various things that may include Citrus and ginger and spinach in tumeric and lovely things like that. Very super healthy and yum yum yum! And of course the staff here are divine. I like both the outdoor seating and the indoor seating in the comfy couches for games and conversation. Even though I live an hour and a half away, I consider myself a regular.

Great atmosphere, wonderful service and very tasty food menus. I took the pancakes and my wife and son took the rolled omelet with cream cheese raspberries sandwich. On the way to white salmon downtown you’ll see mount Hood in all his glory, quite an amazing scenery

This place is amazing. Amazing service and incredible coffee. A great vibe in this place. Live well eat well is not just a slogan, it is exemplified in how Amber runs her business here. Living in the Gorge is all about lifestyle and community, and North Shore Cafe exemplifies both. Their food is incredible and their coffee is roasted locally and the best you will find in the region. Bring your instrument for open mic night, some awesome local talent and a whole lot of fun.

Loved this place! Staff was super friendly and had great suggestions. Mushroom scramble was delicious! Perfect spot for my pup and I to grab a quick breakfast on the patio.

So glad we crossed the river to go here. Had the Asian wrap, Avo bowl, and a fresh-made fruity beverage. Great flavors, very fresh ingredients, generous portions and reasonable prices. Certainly would have paid more. Looked around at a room full of happy diners. We'll be back!

Got some juice and a breakfast burrito.. so good. The person with the short pink hair was so sweet too!

An oasis of yummy for your tummy. They make delicious baked goods and fantastic pancakes (with just a hint of citrus!). Excellent espresso to cap off your breakfast takes the yummy to 11.
