Went here a lot about a year and a half ago (was traveling for work) came back about a week ago after not having been there for so long and the barista remembered me (granted I drive a very characteristic vehicle). They always make great coffee here and I have always had such a great experience with their customer service! I hope to travel there again for work soon!

Amazing coffee place! Been getting my coffee here for years. Only downside is when it gets busy. They seem to take very very long. And unfortunately I have had many drinks that I have not been satisfied with many of the newer girls...I understand that they arent going to be right away perfect at making drinks, bit should probably be tested before having them make them. Just a thought. Still my favorite coffee stop.

Rude baristas, long lines, slow service, the coffee is nothing special. The baristas run their hands through their hair, don’t wash their hands or use sanitizer, and then continue making drinks. Very few of them tie back their hair, which is not too appetizing when preparing drinks. I’m tired of all the questions about where I am going, what I’m doing and where I work when I am trying to get a cup of coffee. Add at least 30 minutes to your morning commute if you want to get through the line and make it to work on time. Lately they have been asking if you want to add a tip; imagine if other businesses did that. As far as I know, tipping is not mandatory, especially for bad service.

Straight up, great taste of the coffee bean and good roast. Far better than the taste of Dutch Bros! Yet....Too much ice, not consistent service, consistent disappointment! Times before, the service was snappy attitudes and the cards are not stamped clear enough! Lost out on my free drink due to this. The girls are very young, sometimes lacking experience to make my time a good experience.. I didn't have time to pay attention to my order being made because the other gal interrupted, asking to add a food to my order. Maybe I could have had the right milk, the right amount of ice, blah blah. My fault I am sure...And at is up with never being able to hire any men?
Oi vey! Yet today, another big disappointment! Who puts an entire cup full of ice? I have been a barista many different locations, never would I let my customer have such little liquid in their drink! I am soooo disappointed that I paid $7 for ice!

During busy times the lines get really long and it seems to take longer than other places (like Dutch Bros) to get your drink and move the lines along. I would like for them to have someone outside taking orders more often. I've only encountered it happening once in the many times I've come through.

Consistently good coffee, they always remember us and our drinks. We love going to Aut-To Mocha on the weekend right before we head down to the market. I've literally never had bad service.

Today we went for coffee got there before 2 after waiting well over 10 minutes just to have an incredibly rude blonde woman come out and tell us to leave after politely asking the woman if she consider helping us out seeing as we had waited so long she immediately said she could not because she had plans and that we'd have to leave because if we don't she will call the cops what kind of an employee threatens a customer with police because she has plans yes princess will be going now that one needs some more training lost a customer for sure!
