Great place to start your saturday morning. Has a few big tables, if you wanted to have a study group of any sorts. Nice background music that isnt too loud. The staff are very welcoming and nice. (Yes even if you come early in the morning) For a breakfast sandwich with a large mocha you'll be paying roughly $11. However there isnt a big selection for coffee. Which personally, I'm a simple man that usually orders either mocha or vanilla latte, so it's never been a big deal for me, however I can see this being an issue for others.

Washougal Coffee Company was a great stop on my last trip through the Gorge. They make a great latte, and I appreciate that they don't automatically give you a lid or straws, for sustainability's sake. The shop has a great vibe and ample space to hangout or work on a laptop, though I opted to sit outside.

Great open coffee shop, with lots of work space, great coffee and reasonable prices. The only drawback from my point is the lack of late afternoon & weekend hours--I get that Washougal is a bedroom community, but with such a nice downtown, I'd think there would be a call for extended hours. I'll definitely be back; it's a great way point when headed up to Beacon Rock.

Got a day off and want to take your lady/special guy for a drive? Take a drive out to Washougal and check out Washougal Coffee Company. They have delicious coffee and a great assortment of teas and pastries to choose from! The environment is modern, nice, and clean. And the atmosphere is really relaxing if you're looking to do some work on your laptop or read a book. You can even take a stroll down the road to the Pendleton store or go under the freeway for a leisurely walk along the levy.

Meh.
They make the all too common mistake of posting a list of all the known coffee types as a menu board. That's not informative at all. When my wife asked about flavors or specials, all they said was "we have a lot of flavors, and we can make pretty much anything." Also not informative or even helpful.
So my take away is that they don't even consider themselves to be anything special. So why are they bothering to be in business?
And my poor over was cold.
Seriously, who ever owns this place, hire someone who likes and is excited about coffee who can create you some locally relevant tastes, and make an actual menu.
Then, hire someone who knows how to use Word or Google Docs, and generate some lists of what you have, what you offer, and discriptions of your tastes and flavor profiles are.
Tell who and what you are and train your people to know who and what you are.

It's a cute place. Ordered a triple latte and it was pleasant, though a little weak tasting. What bummed me out was that I walked in with a smile but the young man at the counter frowned at me and seemed unhappy that I was there. I get that customer service kind of sucks - I was a server for years - but customers shouldn't be made to feel unwelcome.

Definitely a new favorite coffee spot! The location in downtown Washougal is perfect. Plenty of space and seating to sit down and read a good book or study. Coffee is delicious.

I just got a card in the mail for 10% off here, however I will never use it. I went in my first and only time about 5 months ago, and the man behind the counter was unjustifiably rude in answering questions and just had a bad attitude - like "get out of here and leave me alone" attitude. Everything I asked about, they didnt do or didnt have it, and it was basic things, nothing special. So I bought a biscotti and got out of there. I vowed I would never step in there again and I haven't. There are excellent coffee shops in Camas - Cafe Piccolo and DiTazza, and they are very busy all day serving tasty pastries and coffee, so they don't have to bother mailing out coupons to try to get business. I suggest the owner visit those shops and learn how successful shops treat their customers and taste what they serve.

Great service and product. They do Stumptown here really well and have a very good cold brew option. They always know their teas and one thing I love here is that not only do they have coffee on cold nitro pour, but they also have chai on nitro as well! So good. Also, a great space to work.
