The best place to get a quality espresso drink (doppio, macchiato, cortado, or cappuccino) in town. They roast and source all their own beans from a large variety of producers around the world. My personal favorite method is a pour over with one of their single origin, fruity bean varietals. The folks at the Roastery are incredibly kind and generous, and a fun mix of personalities. Go regularly and they will all know you! A great cup of coffee made by a even better community of coffee enthusiasts.

Amazing place, amazing coffee. I’ve been there dozens of times and always have a good experience. Would recommend to anyone.
(The baristas will like you more if you drink your coffee black)

My first and forever favorite coffee shop. The Walla Walla Roastery is always my first stop when I'm in Walla Walla, and I appreciate the quality coffee along with the knowledgeable baristas, who are most helpful with whatever brewing questions one may have. There's little better than enjoying a cup of their coffee next to the outdoor fire while looking out over the Blue Mountains.

Love the crew at the Roastery! My favorite is their cold brew. I like to sit outside and watch all the planes from the airport come and good while I drink my coffee.

Tasty mellow smooth, best latte & Americano on our road trip. Great service, beautiful area outside to sip and enjoy.

Visiting my brother's school, and got to visit this gem as well. Cute place with local art and items, and great coffee. The barista was very skilled, and made the most delicious decaf espresso shot. Well done!

They serve great coffee here! And I mean real coffee, not sugar milk with a shot of coffee in it like the chain coffee shops serve. Also, the pastries they make and sell here are next level. I Iove the smell of them roasting coffee

The Roastery is by far the best coffee in the Valley. The prices are excellent and the service is top notch. The baristas really know what they're doing and know how to get the most out of a great bean. I can't recommend this place enough. My always go to for a quality cappuccino.

For a really good quality coffee, it's a fair price. However, walking in, it seems like they're trying to sell you the brand and not the coffee

Good latte, nice atmosphere!
