Decent coffee, poor customer service depending on which barista you get. When a customer asks how you're doing, you don't sit there with a blank stare for five seconds, followed by a "what can I get you." Giddy up and go looking better and better

I live near Seattle, but I was in Walla Walla visiting my daughter and her family this past weekend. Easter morning I woke up very early and parked in front of your stand on West Poplar waiting for them to open at 6:30. I promptly fell asleep.

I woke up just about 6:30 and was the first one in line. The most pleasant woman greeted me and took my order. She might remember me, because I think I was still a little sleepy and I forgot to leave a tip. So I came back a minute later on the opposite side of the stand and told her I had forgotten something very important. She was so kind. She said, "You didn't have to do that". But I DID have to do that since she was so pleasant and her attitude was so great. And my latté was delicious too.

I wish I would have asked her first name in case I ever come back that way again sometime. Oh well, I guess I'll ask her the next time I'm in town and go out for coffee. Take care. ~ Larry, Des Moines, Washington

The girls are GREAT! They remember what you like. If I go on trips I buy enough for trip and freeze it, because I can never find a place that makes granitas like theirs.💖💖💖

VERY GOOD COFFEE...LONG LINES AND LONG WAIT WHILE BARISTA CHATS WITH CUSTOMERS NOT BEING EFFICIENT. ALSO, IF YOU ORDER SMALL SIZE GRANITA, THEY WILL GIVE YOU A 16OZ RATHER THAN A 12 OZ. SIZE. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE COFFEE.

Best coffee and service in town. I get pump pots for staff meetings and they are always the best to take care of me. Highly recommend them. Locally owned.

I have two locations to choose from and I do both. Every day I get my American with white chocolate and cream.
