Love Roasters! Their drinks are more affordable than the big name coffee shops and honestly their coffee tastes better to me. The service staff are exceptional: friendly, quick and remember you if you've come by a couple times. I once realized I didn't have a working card with me and they were so understanding and let me take my drink anyway, taking my word that I would return later to pay. Roaster is quickly becoming my favorite stop in town for coffee!

I dearly love this coffee house: there's a sweet little blond girl, that I love, she remembers us, when she sees us coming she makes our coffee and it's ready when we get to the window and our conversations with her are delightful and precious. This place is the best. Oh and I didn't even mention that the coffee is way better than any other place we've been - we don't go any where else now.

Friendly, efficient, staff. A great place to stop for a cold drink on a hot day. Good to the last slurp.

The other day I went into the Roasters in Walla Walla and the manager was not kind at all. I had ordered a drink and wanted to make a slight change, from almond milk to oat milk, but she wouldn't let me. Her coworker was very apologetic about the situation and he said he could change the milk but the manager didn't want to. I've had multiple negative encounters with her at this location & have simply chosen not to go, but I decided to give it a try again and had a negative experience once again with the same individual. It is widely known in my circle that the manager is not kind to customers. The coffee is definitely not the issue but customer service is.

Just here for our first time. The guy barista was unprofessional, not pleasant, not friendly and unengaged, drink not correct, never told me cost or offered a receipt. Second drink was okay. Won’t be coming back and wasting my hard earned dollars.

I will never go here again. I went for the first time to take my daughter to get a hot chocolate and the blonde girl was extremely rude and had an attitude the whole time. She had a chip on her shoulder the second we pulled up. I will never be back and wont recommend them either if she still works there. Extremely unpleasant experience.

I absolutely love Roasters, and I'm stoked to see that they opened up a location in Walla Walla. Before, I had to wait until I had a reason to go to Tri-Cities in order to get coffee from Roasters. Their service is excellent, quick, and friendly, and the drinks are great to boot (reasonably priced too, I might add). I much prefer Roasters to Dutch Bros, because while sweet, Roasters' drinks let more of the coffee flavor come through that I love so much. So far, my personal favorite drink is The Beast, and if you have more of a sweet tooth, a Snickers latte is sure to satisfy. If you've never been to Roasters, give them a try; chances are very good that you won't regret it.

Im not sure of the young gal i like. But shes always smiling and super nice. Great personality and she makes extremely awesome coffee. Im not the person baristas like because im very picky but she is very thorough and pays attention to detail. Good coffee in general but she's who keeps me coming back. Better experience then going to coffee cravings and much shorter wait time.

The beristas are always extremely friendly and have a lot of knowledge about the beverages they serve which is great for a indecisive person like I am when it comes to flavored drinks. I've ordered a tea, chi with cinnamon, and a smoothie. They have all been very tasty.
