yo I come here all the time. The lady today 9/28 @ 540pm really gave me a drink that had spoiled milk in it. Tasted so gross and I had to confirm with three of my family members to make sure I wasn’t making it up. Definitely ask for the younger ladies that work because the older lady that stays working the pm shift has a habit of never making my drinks right. I’m so disappointed my go to spot served me SPOILED milk, grosssssssss. I feel so bad for the car that was on the other side of me because I wonder how long she was serving the same one!

Update : the workers name is Stacy, once I drove up she knew exactly what I had ordered and denied the chance of the milk being old but went on about how it expires 9/29 (today’s date) whether or not the milk says it’s expired most baristas (I was a barista for only two years and I know this) know how to double check which is easy if they smell it. She must have left the milk out all day for it to spoil like that but denied it so I could be wrong, her only excuse is that she didn’t taste my drink so she only could tell something was wrong by the color difference but gave it to me anyways.. Gross, find better afternoon barista.

I stop here almost everyday. It is cheaper then most places. Only thing that makes me sad. Is not all the girls know how to make good coffee. Mainly on the weekend it happens so I stopped going on sat and sun. Other then really nice.

Edit... there must have been a change in ownership. New girls don't know how make your coffee. You don't put hot water in ice coffee. Syrup coffee stir add ice to the top. Then put cream on top.

Not that hard.

It would not be a huge deal but the girl who made it than proceeded to argue with me about it. The other woman than said no we are only to add ice. Hmm...

Customer service sucks.

The baristas are all friendly, no matter what time of day!!! Some of the baristas have their own twist on coffee, If you ask!!! The coffee is delicious and the pricing is unbelievably great!! This is my number 1 coffee stop!! I do Hope that soon, they will update their system so I can tip them off my card !

They pull shots way to early leaving coffee very bitter tasting. Also I watched milk that was steamed for my drink get steamed repeatedly for other drinks that were ordered after mine. Never once did I see the jug get rinsed out! I used to love the coffee here but it needs new management ASAP!

The coffee here is great.....if only the customer service was the same. I had a coffee made for me that was barely luke warm. I couldn't go back to have them remade that day, it so at work I reheated and ultimately threw it out because it was a lost cause. I came back a few days later, and told who I think is the owner what happened. She did not apologize, but said she'd make sure this one hot. I was still charged full price. The lid was also on all the way backwards. Any barista or coffee shop owner should be aware that when you place the lid on the cup face the back line of the cup, it will leak or spill..... so adding insult to injury. Now, what she should have done is apologize, and have said this one is on us today. Any person having customer service skills, this should come naturally. You're welcome for the free advice Spotted Cow. I will not be frequenting your establishment anymore.

Coffee done right. Lots of sugar free syrup options

The workers were in their own world. Did not wear their masks (had them under their chins, like why?). And the coffee tasted like sugar water. We ordered one hot and one iced and there was no taste passed sugar.

Italian sodas were great!

I'm not a fan of hot coffee cuz no one can make it the way I want it so I always get cold or blended coffee. Spotted cow coffee is the only place that makes my coffee hot the way I like it. Love how everyone friendly there & they got great prices.
