Great first experience! It started with a very personable young lady greeting me and her co-worker complimenting my eyes. This place is so close to the Parkland post office. I've always driven passed it, this morning I noticed they are advertising for their customer appreciation days coming up near the end of August so I figured I would try their stuff out now and come back during those 1/2 off days. Also, I love supporting businesses that show appreciation to their customers; being a business owner myself it goes a long ways and the customers genuinely love that they are valued and aren't just seen as $. It is usually the opposite way I drive for work but when I am in the area or have some extra minutes in the morning I will definitely be coming back. Great friendly service, coffee was delicious (could have been a smidge hotter but just my personal preference) and the breakfast sandwich was good too. Thanks ladies!
Oh, and they signed me up for a loyalty program that doesn't just offer deals from them but other local businesses too! Keep up the good work.

Want the best mocha in town? Come here! Baristas that care is something hard to find! Mine went out of her way to make sure my coffee experience was wonderful. I love Bowler ever since my regular stand was slacking something fierce. The gals here are wonderful, and will always have my business when I get coffee through a window.

I have been coming to Bowler Coffee ever since they became BCC!
First off, the staff is AMAZING! Gloria, Gracie & Diego have become more than just my friendly local baristas but they have become friends- more like family really! They always remember mine & my husband's drinks and exactly how we like them. As well as they always remember things we have previously talked about and always ask about them.
Second, Bowler's customer service is TOP NOTCH and because they put so much care into my order I would much rather spend my money there supporting a wonderful small family business than some of those other over-priced, rude, nasty tasting coffee shops!
Third, Cindy the owner is AWESOME as well. We met her because she is not afraid to jump in with her staff and get things done! She is hilarious, friendly and knows how to make a great cup o' Joe! You can tell she loves and appreciates her employees and her customers! She definitely has created a stellar coffee environment for her staff and her customers! She also listens to requests for new menu items whether it be for food or drinks! She always does her best to make her customers happy and do things that keep her shop hip and happenin'!

So came here with my husband and we both got a drip coffee. We wanted to try it since we lived across the street and could be a convenience for us. Well we tried the drip coffee and it was completely horrible. It tasted watered down like crazy. It had a brown tint to it, but looked like dirty water, especially because of its' transparency. Coffee isn't supposed to be transparent... It did taste like coffee, but I'm wondering if they forgot to add some actual grounds to the maker before they refilled it? Either way, we both took a sip and dumped it out. 🤮 Very disappointed. The servers were very nice though! I'll give them 5/5 for that.

The staff is extremely friendly especially the manager Allie. She's an absolute treat to conversate with while waiting for your drinks. I always get the same blow pop mimosa and pink passion mimosa mainly with grapefruit. They always come out perfect. I love how close they are to my work. Thank you for opening!! 😘😍

The employees are friendly and provide good customer service in general. The reason it is not a five star is due to an aspect of them changing their customers rewards. I had several punches on my customer reward card and when they switched it to the digital format they did not credit the previous punches I had on the card which is unfortunate. The coffee is always good and the employees are friendly, interactive and smiling.
