I LOVE this place!! They have the nicest baristas, they ALWAYS remember my drinks (oh yeah, I have multiple) and have been outstanding since the first day I ordered from them! Not only is the customer service OUT OF THIS WORLD, but the coffee is well crafted and tastes delicious!!
Very frustrating with this place. They forgot to put espresso in my drink and by the time I new it I was to far on the road to go back. I couldn’t even drink it because it just taste like a glass of milk with vanilla in it. So I called and they said we are so sorry come back when you can and we will replace your drink. I went back to get my drink and the still charged me $5.00 for my drink. Her comment was “I just took the shots off your bill for you”. Oh and I’m pretty sure I paid for the shots I didn’t get last time. Been going hear for about 6months and they’ve been good but unfortunately I won’t be going hear again.

I know Dillanos does training for the businesses that use their coffee so it's really no excuse. The girls are friendly, but the people calling this craft coffee have most likely only ever been to Starbucks.
I have been going to this stand since 2006. They have the least turn over rate out of any coffee stand out there. Extreme good customer service. Family friendly environment. The owners also get in there and work at the stands so you get an opportunity to meet the owners. On weekends I drive from parkland to sumner for an espresso. If you want good coffee, customer service, and a family friendly environment this is the coffee stand to go to.
Very good, but they close at 5 on Sundays. I made a drive down here because maps said 7. Barista told me they just closed and referred us to Bigfoot. Very very good coffee, but kinda frustrated for wasting my time.
Izzy is my favorite barista at this stand. I usually don't even come if she's not working. The coffee is always amazing. She is bubbly and friendly. Every time I come it's always a great experience.

And this was both ladies that work in the morning. Months later i over hear the lady offer a punch card to another driver, and on another day, tell another custimer they have earned x amount of free coffee on their loyalty card. Now i ask again about a loyalty card and answer still is the same. No they dont offer that service. Ok, im now irritated, go to another location they have and guess what, THEY DO OFFER A PUNCH CARD/LOYALTY CARD. Coffee is great, but if the owner would like me to give them a 5 stars, rhey need to contact me and ill give them my statement and offer me my free coffee that they owe me or run me some money gor all the times i could have had a free coffee.
The coffee is good, but my concerns is about ,,stroobs " , they are not packed and fixed in your coup by barista is not healthy at all to be touched and after to drink.
I will remove the review if you guys will change the stroobs .
The barista working was extremely rude . Made it seem like taking whipped cream off an iced drink or blending a drink is the end of the world. I am also a barista so I understand that is not a way to treat your guest, she was so unprofessional. Just a straight out horrible experience I drove off that day and will not be returning.
