Wake Up Call - North Division

This was a cute little spot, Hayley was my barista and she was so friendly and my coffee tasted amazing. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their drinks!

I had the absolute best chi tea latte made by Hayley the other day. She was so kind and friendly. She Rocks!!!!

My hot chocolate was yum!! Hayley made my experience great. She was super friendly and nice.

Super friendly morning crews EVERY morning I go! Always so quick to take my order and get me my drinks!

I’m a huge tea drinker but decided to try a white coffee here. Hayley made me such a tasty white coffee drink and was happy to share her love for coffee with me.

I recently switched to this location from the northwest blvd one. 1. Because the amazing Kaela was moved there. 2. They do carry sugar free red Bull so I can finally drink my bramble jam again (the mad hatter is disgusting and does not go well with all drinks)
Everyone has been very nice and sweet up until today.
I’m not sure the girls name but she was probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at any of the locations I’ve been to over the last 3/4 years and I go through almost daily.
She was incredibly short with my mother as she ordered her drink and then argued with me about my drink. I specified Red Bull and she asked if mad hatter was okay. I asked if they were out of red Bull and she said they don’t sell it anymore. but the day before they did and i mentioned that to her. She then got even more of an attitude and said you have to ask for it. Which I did because I knew that already from coming through almost daily. She finally took my order snatched the card out of my mothers hand and then didn’t even let us sign or leave a tip. Plus my order was more than normal. She was so rude I would never want her take my order again or make me a drink. This was more than an off day.
I did mention it to the nice lady at the window but not sure if that will make a difference or not.
I gave a 3 star because of the other nice employees but if it happens again I’ll have to find a whole new company to get my daily coffee from.

Love it here. Been many times best tasting coffee in the city! Beats Dutch bros by miles!

I wanted to share with you all the awesome service I got today. Not only was my drink amazing one one of the best I have ever had at Wakeup Call. But Travis was very friendly and make the BEST coffee I have had in a long time. I come through often it's always a good cup of coffee. But today was exceptional! Thankyou Travis.

I absolutely love this place!!! I stopped going to Dutch brothers and only come here. Hali is the best!!! So is all the other staff as well but she is my favorite. Everyone is always so pleasant and they make my morning amazing. I attended this coffee stand daily and have Always had an amazing experience. Thank you for being the best coffee stand of all time.

Hayley makes the best coffee ever, she makes it exactly as I order it. I love this coffee shop.
