We go here often, the staff are always very nice and welcoming, great coffee, a good experience.

Overall, good experience. The coffee came out good and the service was great.

Got a golden hot tea and matcha tea as well as a waffle. They never brought me my waffle. I had to remind them then they brought it. Hardly worth 9 dollars either. Kind of a rip off on prices. 5 cup of tea. No prices on menu. They want you to tip them for just ringing up your order. So they just go through all coffee orders fast and don’t think of each individual order and when it was placed. Over priced, poor service. To bad - cool shop. 2 stars.

The coffee and food are wonderful. It's a great place to hang out. However, if you are going to study here, know it is quite busy and noisy. Yet, their lunch sandwich is a must try if you pop in.

Unhygienic. Multiple times I have seen staff allow non service dogs inside, including a dog that jumped up and put its paws on the surface they serve food from. Staff just cooed over it. Gross.

Super comfy and down to earth coffee shop. Great to go with friends or to meet professionals. Amazing espresso!

Ladder is a great place to meet for a coffee, the staff is friendly, coffee is good, and the place is casual to hang with a friend.

My favorite coffee shop. The staff is awesome and always friendly. I mean it, I go here several times a week and they are always conversational, helpful and even know me by name! All the food and drinks here are delicious too. Great atmosphere, with good music always playing. Love it here!

Excellent dark chocolate mocha, great atmosphere! Will definitely stop by again the next time I’m in Spokane.
