LOVE this coffee stand! Really good coffee and delicious breakfast foods. The jalapeños bagel with cream cheese is delicious! Great and fast service, too!

Increased tensions in the local community make it hard for a congestion causing business (let alone two within four blocks) to exist with residents. Further tensions arise when cops just sit and chat with baristas for 20+ mins at a time round 7pm. I get it, you need a break as does everyone else.... maybe not here and maybe not when crime is rampant around you. I disapprove of the location and the use of law enforcements time. No need for this place to be open past 5pm.

I need more stars than 5 to rate Jacob's Java. I've been with these people at all locations and the one on Washington ever since they opened. It has always been; Good espresso/coffee, Made exactly to my & wife's specific desires, And the staff, it isn't a matter of knowing about customer service, they live it! They are the stars.

The perfect place to stop for my morning pick-me-up on my way to work! They have white chocolate powder which is MY FAV and they are prompt, fair priced, delicious and LOCAL!

Last night I rolled up right at closing. I could see the barista had done All her closing tasks and was ready to call it a wrap. She then went beyond the call of duty and took what I can only describe as "pity on a poor old man". Thanks ever so much Brittany ... I'm all set with tomorrow mornings Java fix and can stay home All Day Sunday !!!

great customer service and they are always amazingly nice to my son especially Lexi and Alex. They are very professional and fun and great at their jobs. The other ladies are great too.

Love love love. I go here almost every morning. They are so nice and I enjoy that they know my drink. They are competitively priced and definitely a recommended place to go.

Great protein smoothie early in the morning. New to the area and just happened to stumble across them on my way from class. Glad I did!

It doesn't overwhelm or underwhelm. It is just typical coffee place. It is a little more off the beaten path so you might think less wait. But I'd say it is the same pretty much as anywhere.
