Dutch Bros Coffee

Save your money, go next door to Safeway and get some Starbucks at least there you'll get your drink right. This is the fifth time that my wife has come back with the wrong order because the people in the window were too busy yipping and yapping and chatting with everybody to pay attention to the drinks they were handing out. The drive-thru is terrible. They send people out when there's only two people in line but yet they stay inside when people are parked out on the street trying to get in. I have seen workers sit at the window for 5+ minutes chatting after they gave the person their coffee. I understand being friendly but that's just stupid. We used to be a Dutch bro family but now we're not.

By far the best coffee in town. I've been to them all, over the years. Dutch bros. coffee is simply superior. The only negative, other people are always going there. Its inconsiderate to us proffered customers.lol

Came for only 3 kids chocolate milks didnt even order coffeee and they wouldn't take my only form of payment. Cash... I know it's hard to break a bill but I waited 20 mins to be refused service

I always normally pay with a $50 bill when I order from any location. It's normally what I carry on me. The lady today started off nice, but then got kind of rude and pushy. Now I know 6:30 Am is a awful time of day but I simply stated "that's a first, I pay with $50's at every location." I have never been scooted out of the window so fast ever, and without the muffin top I ordered and paid for.... I don't think I'll be returning to this location, you guys can keep the profit for the muffin top. I don't even feel comfortable enough to call and tell you, you forgot part of my order as you rudely sent me on my way. Great way to start off my morning.

Dutch bros is amazing! You get a free drink on your birthday and all of the people who work there are so awesome! They always have enough people there to keep your wait for you drink(s) very short! Everyone who works there seems to truly care about you and how your day goes! My friend had a bad day about a week ago and went to get a drink as a pick me up and they noticed she was feeling a bit down and gave her the drink for free! It was incredible customer service and definitely more than you would expect from a coffee shop!

I love dutch bros. Both Francis stands know me by name and usually have my drink ready and waiting! Great atmosphere and wonderful people. I look forward to my mornings there!

Recieved fast service. Our coffees were good, but had no extra flavor. Ordered a cocomoco (coconut mocha) lots of chocolate and great tasting coffee, but no coconut flavor. Got a snickers mocha and it was the same way, lots of coffee, & chocolate, no other flavor.
