Cafe Boku Coffee and Crepes

The customer service here is exceptional. It was our first time visiting here and we were immediately greeted. The staff took the time to explain the menu and were very friendly. We got the toffee nut iced latte and Ube latte with pistachio croffle and classic Nutella crepe. The staff brought our food and explained that if we were not satisfied they will remake it! The choices were delicious. I recommend this place for a nice chill date or hang out! This place went above and beyond

Had a great experience on a busy Saturday morning. In a world where customer service is nearly non-existent, the employees at Cafe Boku are truly a breath of fresh air. Can't wait to go back for another pistachio latte!

I went in Monday January 23rd and was greeted by the genuinely friendliest young lady and young man. Ordered a drink and food and both were very delicious! Went back a couple hours later to bring my husband and the service was just as exceptional and so was our drinks! Thank you for having awesome customer service!! Will be back whenever we are in town! Even if i didnt enjoy the food and drink, i might go back just for the friendly smiles. Again, thank you.

It's not everyday you get to experience something new. It's even more rare for this new thing to knock your socks off. Let me tell you now, Cafe Boku is that new thing!

This place is amazing!! The people that work here go above and beyond to provide customer service you won’t forget. The food is fresh, delicious, and fairly priced! Give them a try if you are ever up on the north side.

I accidentally came across this place the very first day they where open and I can't tell you how amazing these guys are along with their food and coffee!! They go beyond the expectations of exceptional customer service. They have officially became my new fav coffee place. (if I had the extra $$ I'd be going over there way more often.)

I came in and they were sold out of everything (which is a great sign!) but could still make me a drink! I opted for the milky ube! Omg this drink was sooooo good! Not to mention the workers there were super nice and welcoming! The crepes remind me of the ones I saw in Japan! One of the workers said they actually use the same type of batter! I will be coming back to try their cute crepes and another delicious drink!!!

I was recommended this place by a coworker after talking about Beard Papa's Ube Lava Cakes, she said they had an Ube latte and I just knew I had to try it.
I felt bad because I'm a barista as well, and I came in through the drive-thru not 15 minutes before close. However, I was greeted by a friendly individual who took my order, insisting that I try it before paying. Turns out, they took care of it for me since it was my first time there! I wish I had cash on me so I could have left a tip, but I'll definitely be back for another white coffee ube latte!
