Wonderful service every time I go; they remember my order, are friendly and courteous, and do their best to get you in and out fast.

Focused on their phone and each other's drama than helping out customers. Lack of customer service. The list is too long so short version don't go here. Support another small business.

This is my absolute favorite fast coffee place! The people are always so pleasant and the drinks are always perfect! Even on days when I’m not feeling it, their smiles always brighten my day. 10/10 spot, great coffee and great people(:

Worst experience for service. Ordered a specific coffee drink, and was questioned who it was for??? Really? Why on earth is it your business on who the drink i ordered is for?? It seemed like they had never heard of a blended americano. When I was handed my card and the drink, it was all wrong. Wrong size and wrong coffee type. and they got the order wrong. I was charged for the incorrect drink and told that was what I ordered. I said no, and repeated the exact order again. They remade the drink, and then charged me again. I looked at the receipt and I didn't get the Tuesday 1.00 off so I asked why. I was told since the drink wasn't for me I didn't get it. Wow.... I have never heard of such a thing....maybe because customer service is never this poor. I usually share them, but at this point I was extremely annoyed and needed to get going. Got home, and tasted the drink, did not like it, and have ordered this exact drink at multiple stands. I tried calling the number to speak with someone, and guess what, the phone number doesn't work. I Drove back in and had to explain the whole thing on how the customer service was very poor and wanted a refund. Finally got the refund but it has made it so I will never go back. This particular barista (the morning shift barista) has supposedly been there for 10 years. Well then, she should know better on professionalism and how to treat and talk to customers especially in this economy. Not to mention questioning customers on who this drink is for. Appallling!! I know ALOT of people and will be letting people know not to come to this coffee stand based on the lack of professionalism and good character of this barista . I know so many businesses right now know the RIght way to treat their customers and how to keep them coming back. This girl did not.... and Done.

Bean Me Up always has delicious drinks! Their coffee is great and the amazing workers will make your drink based off your preferences! They are great with kids and always make you feel like family! Love their Lotus drinks with the sparkles!

Super friendly baristas there! Always talkative and nice to me. Did really good drinks, but I mostly ever got lotus drinks. Super yummy and good at creating different drink flavors on the spot for me. Only thing is there was sooooo much ice in the drink sometimes. I get that they can’t not do ice, but as a barista before myself, more than half the cup should not be ice. I’m paying almost 5 bucks for this drink! But otherwise, one of my favorite coffee stands! 👍🏻

I asked for a 24oz with light ice and I got a 16oz with half a cup of ice. I also gave her a three dollar tip thinking everything was good until I actually looked at my drink. Never coming here again.

Very nice gals working there. Tasty Americano. Good price and fast service. Hard to beat!

Absolutely love a few of the baristas at Bean Me Up Espresso! Unfortunately the quality of the beverage is hit or miss depending on the baristas working that day - there is really no consistency. Unfortunately, I have spent $5 or more on a single drink only to drive away and throw it in the trash after a few sips. I try to avoid days or times my favorite barista isn't working as I know It will be a waste of my time and money.
