By far one of my favorite coffee shops in the Spokane area. They've pretty much got me addicted to the Tigers Blood Red Bull, no other shops that I've been to can make it as well as they do. They also use the 5 Stars app complete with birthday drinks.
I go here very often, all of the girls who work here know exactly what I want and I never even have to tell them. Super friendly, speedy service and always with a smile and a laugh. They have happy hour specials from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. which is also their busiest time anyway so you may have to wait a few minutes in line but it is well worth it!
I have always gone here for my coffee. I will stop going until they get some new employees. The 2 girls who work there now do not know how to make coffee. Ever since these 2 have been there my coffee tastes like warm flavored milk, NO coffee. And if you bring it back to have it remade the tall girl is horribly rude. Oh and they are super slow in the early morning...
I have been coming here for ten years. I absolutely adore this coffee shop. They are chipper and well mannered. I had a problem one time and they handled it so well and perfect. They have managed to stay wonderful and keep the moral up even through the different management changes.
I definitely don't recommend this place or Arctos, their sister cafe. This used to be my favorite stand in town but I won't be coming back anymore. Over the last year, quality of service has gone down considerably. Most of the baristas act annoyed to be there and are often having conversations with each other and ignoring the customer at the window. They have also started completely filling their cold cups with ice and then charging if you ask for light ice. They are charging for "20 oz" drinks but upon measuring it, there is only 12-14 oz of beverage. The line typically takes longer than other coffee stands, as well. Overall, I'd say skip it and hit up one of the other local stands.
From the other side of the mountain, I will gladly visit again anytime I take another trip over. Coffee was fresh, delicious, fairly priced, and the friendliest staff!
