Prices are great and the drinks taste great too on the off chance they make it correctly. This is the third time this month they have screwed up a simple latte order and it’s like they don’t even listen to what the customer is asking for. Also they are very slow and it took 8 minutes for them to make an iced green tea which is not even what I asked for.

Will be coming back, my coffee was absolutely delicious and perfect!!

I don't go often but the girls are nice and location is convenient. More often than not they don't get the drinks right. I also wish they'd wear masks and gloves because they're preparing food and drinks. Won't be returning after seeing that. Nothing personal, just a preference to limit exposures.

Coffee tends to be very good, especially when the owner makes it. Biggest problem I have is that it seems like all of the baristas park in the handicapped spot or the handicapped spots unloading area. I understand that it’s probably not gonna be often that a handicapped person comes here and parks and then goes up to the walk up window. But handicapped spots are for the people that need them and there are two other spots that are always unused.

The 2 times I came here I waited here for 10 minutes with only one car ahead of me each time. I bought 2 16 oz lattes and a 12 oz hot chocolate the second time I came in and the lady tried telling me I owed them 20$! I frequent wake up call everyday buying the same drinks and pay 11$ for the same thing. After sitting in the drive through for 15 mins and refusing to pay 20$ she said that she made a mistake and it was only 10$. at this point i was frustrated and very late for work. I would definitely keep an eye out and make sure they aren't over charging you on your coffee and expect waiting for quite awhile in line.

First timer
I ordered the iced toasted Marshmallow latte. It was made very well. My partner got the peanut butter cup latte, hot. It was a bit heavy on the peanut butter, but otherwose good.

Best prices in the state. Coffe tastes great, even w my hemp milk. One of the girls had my order down after 2nd visit. Short lines. Amazing. So happy they're so close.

This is my 4th time trying them only 1/4 times was someone polite (the only reason I bothered giving them a 2 star review).They can't be bothered to mix your drink for you either.

Solid drinks but not a very large drink selection . Great choice for your every day type drinks but not too many speciality options.

Stopped with my special needs kiddo for treats and was pleasantly surprised Lotus is on the menu!! Caramel Macchiato check Blended Frappe for the teen check and a Lotus for later check ALL for $12 with the sweetest barista ever so yeah - it's a win win on Pines 🤭
