They always have new seasonal drinks and new drinks to try. Free drinks on your birthday and the local fundraisers they do make it seem more like a family joint that gives back to the community in different ways. It's some of the best, most inexpensive coffee in town.

Always very friendly service and if they make a mistake they always make sure that it is fixed. I have nothing but nice things to say and I normally never do 5 star, that is how happy I am with them. Thank you very much guys awesome job.

Every time I go here, always greeted with a huge smile and a very pleasant experience. They need another one in Liberty Lake.

Great place, with very friendly genuinally sociable staff. Two big drawbacks for me is that their drinks are all made with milk. I like that they have milk alternatives, however I prefer hot chocolate or ice coffees made with water. They use like chocolate milk and it just taste like warm milk to me. Never been a huge fan of milk. They other drawback is that the I feel like the ice coffee is way over priced, and maybe if they used water the cost could be lower.

Staff is always super nice here. Coffee is tasty. They let us walk up in the drive thru during the pandemic which i super appreciate as a dedicated pedestrian! :)

Coffee quality is consistant with other Dutch Bros I’ve been too. However, the barista working today 5/13/18 really needs to lose the attitude. When I have questions I do not appreciate being degraded. Customer service is your business. I will not be frequenting this location any longer. There is a Starbucks and Wake-Up Call down the street and they seem to have a handle on customer service.

Love this Dutch Bros. The Baristas are all super nice and remember me by name and my order. And always have a fun little chat with them 😊

I cannot say enough nice things about this location. Every time I've come in they have been so generous and welcoming and friendly. Each and every person is super personable and easy to speak to and they go above and beyond for their customers. Today as my girl Maddies 11th birthday and I don't know if you know this but they do pupachinno! So thank you to the kind lady and every worker as well, you helped my 11 year old rescue experience her 1st pupachinno on her 11th birthday!

I go thru here few times a week. I work graveyard so it nice and convenient. Well tonite i didnt pay much attention when i paid because i always get the same thing.. Well what a mistake that was tonite! Total charge 8.40! Usually after tipping 2$ its only approx 7$ (price always varies a little)
Needless to say im a little upset about it. Ill make my own coffee from now on, i wont be back. Times are rough on everybody. But seriously?!
