Great customer service, went for first time and forgot to ask for stamp card returned a couple days later for another order and asked to start one joked that having a newborn had me forget to ask last time. The barista started me a card and gave me punches from my previous visit. Coffee is always good. They have delicious scones from Scone Ranger and the employees are always kind. Reasonably priced, use to go to Wake Up until I discovered this spot- order is always made right and price is lower now I go here instead......my new favorite spot!

Customer service was solid, although the menu board at the east window was upside-down?? 20oz blended coffee was uncommonly weak, so verify that the size you order contains the number of shots you desire--otherwise pleasant. 16oz iced coffee was of a more common strength, and pleasant. Smoothies are not the fresh-fruit variety, but a strawberry one was very flavorful.

I like that they serve Thomas Hammer coffee, but that's about the only positive thing I can say from my experience....and I've given them about 5 chances to redeem themselves. The baristas are not friendly. I feel like I'm bothering them. You're lucky if you get a smile when you pull up. I hardly ever get a friendly greeting and they rarely say, "thank you" to their customers. Seems that they've forgotten that customer's are the reason they are in business. Service is slow. Expect to wait in line about about 5-7 minutes per car. There are better coffee shops who treat their customers right. After 5 trips to this coffee shop...I'm done. I'll drive farther to a different coffee shop to find better service.

This place use to be great. I use to come here 1-2 times a day every single day for 2 years.
In the last 6 months it has gone down hill drastically. The coffee taste terrible.
They let the shots sit for way too long.
Not to mention the owner is a complete creep towards the girls who work there.
His wife should pay more attention to her husband. It's completely unprofessional.

Interesting now that I've posted this that I'm not the only one who noticed the pervert for an owner.

This is my Favorite coffee stand in Washington for a few different reason; I have always had a profoundly great experience with the employees and the owner, they are very eager to make sure you’re having an awesome day, and they have a big menu with great variety even for people that have food allergies and diets they need to stick too! It’s important to recognize when a business is doing a good job, and boy are they killing it!

They have the best prices, good food and drink options and the owner is the sweetest! All the girls are so nice there! They always make the drinks on point. My fiance and I had early morning dates here so many times before Covid19!

Tried this place for the first time today and I have to say the coffee is good but I was unimpressed by how it leaked out the sides where the lid snaps on. Service was friendly but my bagel was super chewy (she said it was frozen so I’m guessing she microwaved it first??) and also burnt on the outside. Probably won’t be back unless to get a coffee.

Great place to meet up for after work drinks! Happy hour specials on wine and beer. They have Truly plain hard cider on tap now! Just add the flavor of your choice.

Kathleen

Good coffee and great service! Easy to get to from the highway too!
