Looking Glass Coffee

Great coffee in a beautiful space: We loved our pumpkin pie latte and gingerbread mocha!

I sooo want to give this place 4 stars, the food is better than most coffee shops, THEY SELL good BEER ON TAP ALL DAY!! and their coffee is good.

Usually the service is decent, as in PNW decent with a little less attitude, but today.. What happened?? WED July 7 noonish.

First off I didn't recognize either person behind the counter so... That explains that. I guess I'm usually here when better servers are working.

How do I order a beer and chicken and waffles -its clearly for here - dine in, the beer and the laptop are dead giveaways - but still I get the Chicken and waffles , which were tasty btw, in a paper clam shell with a plastic fork... Seriuosly?

Star gone.. Maybe I'll give a paper star for trying.

If you don't want to wash dishes at least have the courtesy to ask the customer if they wouldn't mind using disposables.

I don't even have paper or plastic in my camping supplies.. Yuck

A hidden gem of a coffee spot with my favorite iced mocha I've had at any shop in the country. Even during peak hours, service is fast and drink quality doesn't suffer. I've tried nearly every drink on the menu and have never been disappointed. I'm a iced coffee guy so I typically stick to cold brew or iced lattes, which were always fantastic. The space is rather large, which allows people to spread out a bit (compared to your typical coffee shop).

This is a great coffee shop and they have great drinks. Usually really busy weekend mornings so bring patience. However I am always disappointed that my breakfast order is either mixed up or forgotten. Customer service needs work.

The go to place when walking the block, You cannot go wrong, Matcha, Tea, Coffee or Spirits!

Great atmosphere inside and nice place to meet with friends & acquaintances. I love Chai tea and theirs is divine! The doughnuts are cute and delicious and perfect size. Nice place to hang out while you explore the cute little downtown Snohomish area :)

Tearing up the frequent customer card! My 2+ years of regular visits ended today. Their chicken on a waffle is disgusting. The single nugget of chicken was so over cooked (or reheated) that it could not be cut with a knife or torn apart by my hands. Basically deep fried leather. Disgusting. The lead employee said she didn’t appreciate my attitude. Goodbye forever Looking Glass.

Lovely atmosphere, good coffee! Cute gift shop, nice performance space. And the waffle menu is awesome!!

Absolutely a lovely little hole in the wall. The music is nice to vibe to but easy to tune out when studying. The bustle and smell of the cafe make it amazing to sit and enjoy. It truly is what you think of as a home away from home where you can sit, chill, and vibe.
Coffee and waffles are a bit expensive, but a little less than Starbucks, then again it's also very good and the baristas are so nice. Would recommend for the atmosphere, but not complaining for its main purpose!
