Austin Chase Coffee

This is a coffee shop I will be doing homework at due to its quietness. Mediocre coffee, and I am not sure if the staff are having a bad day or what but none of them were welcoming , and all just looked at me with a blank stare. Im not sensitive to these things, just observant.

Really good iced coffee. Namesake beans are perfectly roasted. Service is impeccable. Always friendly. Food looks and smells amazing though I've not had a chance to try it.

Sandwich was great but felt really frustrated by the lack of a diaper change table in either the men or women's bathroom. My husband had to take our baby to the car on a terribly hot day to change her. Hopefully the owners can accommodate the families they seek to have as customers.

Been going here for years with a group on Tuesday mornings. Coffee & food is great as is the great atmosphere. The owner is nice & remembers her customers orders even if you have been away for awhile! Better than Starbucks!! That's my opinion though. 👍☕

Austin Chase Coffee taught me first hand all the basics of the coffee world and how to prepare espresso and specialty drinks. The energy is very laid back and the coffee and food selection is impressive and delicious 😋 Thanks for being a fun coffee mom Lynda, I'll always love ya and your admirable work ethic. ☕

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, terrible coffee. Both my wife and my coffees were extremely watered down.... barely any coffee flavor.

The coffee shop is cute and the drinks are delicious. The espresso is strong but not overpowering and with just the right bitterness. Their chocolate and spice chais are dangerously tasty.

This is a quaint little place with a lot of personality. I had an iced americano, my go to for a new coffee shop, and the coffee was smooth and not at all bitter. I did not order food but they had a bunch of breakfast and sandwich options. I went on a Thursday morning and there were quite a few groups there, so definitely a meeting place for people; however, I was still able to find a spot to sit down and work for a bit. Staff seemed friendly. Please note, though, that prices are for cash purchases only. A fee is added to purchases paid with a credit card.

I love this place dearly. Studied here for several hours on end and the atmosphere was always lovely. Good coffee, food and the some of the sweetest staff I’ve ever met. Ill be graduating this year to attend uw and I will miss this place. Thank you for all the nice memories Austin Chase.
