I love this place! The staff are always nice and I get coffee everyday😁. And I give five stars because they know my drink without hesitation and it's always amazing, but the last couple days have not been so great. Today's coffee was terrible. The girls I normally see and who make my coffee have all been super and granted the one who made my coffee today was a girl I haven't seen before, my coffee tasted like it was missing the coffee. No big deal just wanted to say what I said lol. Great place great coffee.

The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because I've had there coffee in the past and it is good coffee.
The reason I'm doing a review today is because I stopped by today around 330 and waited for almost 20 minutes and ended up leaving angry and with no coffee. There were three girls working in the store and only one was working with customer. One of them looked like a Manger and the other I'm assuming is the girl who was supposed to be working my window. First 5-10 minutes was waiting behind another car (probably because the girl was ignoring her too) and the rest was me waiting to be helped and not being acknowledged in the slightest. No one said hi, no one told me it'd be a minute because they had something going on. I'd understand if they said hi and let me know it'd be a minute even if it was just for clean up,but I wasn't even given that curtiosy. I work customer service and if I treated customers that way I'd be fired that day. At minimum she needs to be taught how to properly treat customers or she shouldn't be working a customer service job.

Used to be great about a year ago. They’re 20oz coffee’s now average at $7.50, and the new baristas aren’t very kind. They also won’t just sell you a water anymore or warm water in a cup for tea without charging $3.85 (they said they have to ring it up as a drink)

Love this place! The drinks always taste better at Bigfoot Javas. The baristas are the sweetest and always helpful too!

Shelton location: the staff here are amazing! They do a great job and their Italian sodas are the biggest that I know of. Love stopping in here for a huge cold drink on a scorcher of a day.

Last two times I've gone here, the drinks have been bad. I thought it might've just been new employees, so I waited a few months to try again. Today, I got a still-frozen banana bread and my coffee was made with spoiled milk. And I have to wait for an "area manager" to get a refund.

Great choice for a drive thru coffee. The lines get a little long throughout the day, so do t expect a quick stop. But they have some good flavors and unique house favorites. Not a bad choice (just maybe not the best, as my favorite is Steph's Espresso on Olympic Hwy right past McDonald's just down the road. If I'm going to wait in line for a coffee, sorry but Steph's is my go-to and number one pick in this part of town... they have the best roast and they are consistent with making your drink the same each time you're there..which h to me is important) Sometimes at other shops you will get a completely different tasting coffee every time you're there to order your "regular". Nit here, they are pros and it's Ah-mazing every time.
....but Bigfoot Java is alright if you're right there, there's no like, and you're needing to hop onto the highway 5 minutes ago amd had no time as it was to stop for a coffee... then this place isn't so bad. ...lol

I get coffee here every single day. Alot of the times I leave disappointed because the drinks are not all that great. I just got a coffee and my husband got a drink also, they are amazing. We would like Alexa to make all our drinks from now on. Or have her train the other girls how to make them the right way. Keep Alexa, she is the best employee you guys have!!! Thank you 😊

very disappointed. i was out on a drive with a couple of friends. we showed up to get some drinks (of course) the worker was noticeably very high. she stared at me and my friends for a good 15 min straight, seemed very irritated to even be working. she didn’t ask what we wanted we had to just start the order ourselves while she stared at us. the first drink we asked for, was for me. before we could even finish telling her what we wanted she went and made the drink completely unaware of what i asked for. I’m pregnant so i asked for the drink with no caffeine. yet she definitely made that drink extremely caffeinated. it took her about 15 min to make that one simple drink for it not to even be correct. she told us the total of the drink not even bothering to ask who else was getting a drink. once we gave her another order she had no idea what we were talking about. so for another 10 min she was wondering around grabbing different flavoring showing it to us asking which to use. we decided to just call it off pay for the one drink she made and leave. customer service definitely wasn’t her priority.
