Tasty lattes, decent price. Love me some beans in the morning!

No masks, the Chai tea tasted very watered down, I was barely able to taste the coconut milk that was requested. I got a coffee cake muffin that was old tasting, I could only eat 1/3 of it before throwing it away. This was my first visit, I will not be returning. The barista was friendly, but that was the only good thing about this place. I do not recommend.

Just terrible. She didn't steam my milk. Poured what was left from the previous customer. No flavor at all. Then she proceeded to help everyone that drove up to the window, rather then help us in the lobby. Terrible customer service. We finally walked out.

Excellent coffee (from a Washington stage roaster, Fidalgo), friendly atmosphere, and great staff. There was a line of trucks and cars in the drive-through, so clearly the community likes their coffee, too!

They didn't tell us that there was 2 different breakfast sandwiches. It wasn't on any menus during the drive thru or online. When they messed up and put a very spicy spice on it, they wanted us to pay for new ones again.

I’ve been going to cracked bean for about two years now, and it is easily the best coffee shop in Sequim. Not only is the atmosphere very relaxing and calm, but the coffee is of excellent quality. It’s a great place for me to do work on my laptop and enjoy a great cup of coffee. The baristas are all very sweet and personable, and I am yet to have an unpleasant experience!

Pros: The server was very nice and friendly; she didn't mind my group changing our orders suddenly after seeing the small menu that had a bunch of other syrup suggestions.

The coffee was good but pretty standard; I go to a lot of different coffee shops though so that isn't an insult I just have ridiculously high standards of what is above standard for coffee :)

There is a small menu next to the cash register area that has a bunch of cool and yummy syrup combinations, I recommend checking it out!

I like how they have books to flip through as you wait.

Con: I wish they had more seating.

The coffee is still great but the service is incredibly slow now!! I've waited in line for almost 20 mins! I can't wait that long each time!!! Still love the coffee but the service needs to pick up the pace!
