Love their food and drink options but they definitely need to work on customer service skills. I went almost every day this past week and received service from a different barista every time and every time I felt like I was bothering them with my order. No “hello, how are you” or anything just “hi” and then an awkward silence until my order. Also when you don’t pull up to the second window (because sometimes you don’t know if you should pull up or not-there is no direction given) they give attitude, point, and just say “second window”. I think I will be going elsewhere from now on-which they probably don’t care they are always so busy!

I went here earlier today and I ordered a 12 ounce Smores Frappe and it was GOOD! The very first time I tried one of these from there it was sooo DELICIOUS and after that I always like going there for that Frappe. I like this place and good typical prices for a lil coffee shack. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND going here!!!

I cant speak on their drinks as I’ve never had one but I ordered a chicken salad croissant that was subpar at best. The croissant was hard and there wasn’t much chicken on it and no mayonnaise or anything on the bread. Definitely not worth the $12 it cost.

We went on Christmas day as they said they were open tell 12, got in line at 11:45ish and waited in like tell 12:06 yo het to the window as they were pulling stuff in and said were closed, would have been nice to have someone comes tell us and the 4 cars behind us they were going to to serve us instead of makeing us wait in line for 20min!

I come almost every day for a Cantaloupe Peach Guava Redbull and a Bagel and these girls are all so kind and patient. Going here makes my day! Love this place.

Today might have been an off day but.... I can't tell you how the salad was because even though I placed it carefully on the floor of my car it spilled everywhere and it's now a greasy mess I get to clean. Why are they using styrafoam??!!
My drink is definitely not an iced latte like I ordered and despite the fact I was the only one inside I could tell it was a bit disorganized and they still managed to serve four drive-thru customers before me. Based on previously experiences food is okay here and I like that they have seating.

I was driving down the road trying to decide what to have for lunch. I saw a sign advertising a $6 lunch special, so I figured I would give it a try. When I walked in the door it took a while for them to acknowledge me, but they were busy with the drive thru so I wasn't to worried about it. I found out that the $6 special was half of a salad. That didn't sound like enough to satisfy my hunger, so I ordered from the sandwich menu. I got the turkey cranberry croissant, and it was decent enough to get a star in the review. I was offered my choice of sides, either chips, salad or soup, and I looked at the menu and the soup of the day was cheddar broccoli, so I chose that. The menu price of that was $7.95. I then ordered a 24 oz ice tea to go with it, and it's menu price was $2.00. Somehow my total came out to $12.73. Unless this isolated building in Selah has a 30% tax rate for some unknown reason, I have been overcharged. There was no itemized receipt to show what I was charged per item, so I don't know which menu price they were ignoring. When I got my food, the soup was chicken noodle soup, and a rather bland and disappointing chicken noodle at that. Someone spent some time and money at Hobby Lobby to decorate the place, and it's a quiet place to have lunch, but I will not be coming back.

I used to love getting my iced tea and sandwiches here but I feel like the last 6 - 7 visits of my order always being wrong, I'm going to not go as much. I am not sure why they cannot write people's orders down so they don't make mistakes. They try to memorize everything when they take your order and it never fails, something is always wrong. I usually say no Tomato on my salad and they usually always put it on. My dressing is always ranch when I specify what kind I want. When I say light ice, they don't listen and give me lots of ice. I say no lettuce on my sandwich but unfortunately they put it on. Last time i took my boyfriend for iced tea and we went home and set them on our coffee table ran out for 20 min, to come back to one of the teas leaking all over my boyfriends camera. There was a crack in the cup and half leaked. We were so upset. I've given so many chances. Not sure why they won't write stuff down. It's so frustrating

They have good prices on their specials. I was less than impressed with the customer service. I gave a $2 tip regardless. She made me the redbull special and my Son a strawberry banana 🍌 smoothie. Both drinks were delicious 😋
