Great coffee options. Loved my latte. Big space with plenty of seating. Love that it has such a neighborhood feel even though I think it hasn't been open here for very long.

Loved the cafe, and the coffee is good! Great place to study in the morning. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there are nearby residential spots.

The coffee and food here is largely "meh" compared to the rest of the Seattle coffee options, but the location itself is wonderful. If you're looking for a spacious, run-down wooden coffeeshop atmosphere to whip out a laptop or notebook at, this is the best option around.

It does get quote crowded with UW students, though, especially around finals / midterms.

Other super specific complaint is the bathrooms must not get much ventilation because they smell like other people's poop 100% of the time.

Their stuff is decent, but their music is a little on the loud side, and it's a little expensive here. Nice ambiance but the big central table is a little uncomfortable to sit at, since it's got something that blocks your legs, and the washroom fan was broken and the trash was overflowing. Also, they need more food

Are you guys ever open??? Your sign says open til 6pm. Just started a new job around the corner and wanted to make you my afternoon coffee before work place. Stpped by 3 times to grab a coffee and only once have you been open at 3pm..Now going someplace else simply because your sign does not reflect true hours.

Our go to coffee break while biking thru 520 bridge. I like how they try to keep it clean and with hand sanitizer on each table. I only order latte here, its not bad ;) the service is always nice and friendly

I've gone here to get work done on the laptop, as the place is not over-run with noisy mommies and toddlers. Good amount of tables/chairs and electrical outlets. Coffee is not bad. Baristas are super slow, though.

Zoka was an early independent Seattle Coffee Roaster which has not kept up with the times. The coffee, which was among the best and is still strong in itself - used to be made by skilled baristas. It is now served by a series of inexpert staff who can be incredibly slow to brew coffee. Food used to be good. It has 'just changed this week' and pastries were cold, doughy and the only savory option is quiche.

The main advantage of this place is a Workspace for the gig economy. 6 hour wifi and aircon in a cavernous wooden hall is sweet.

If only they could offer better food, and better range of food (salads, sandwiches, snacks, breakfast items), and better coffee it would be worth returning, or hanging out.

The coffee was ok, and atmosphere good but both paled due to the pissy attitude of the staff. Honestly when I walked in my very first encounter before I even said a words was "Jesus Christ... (smile) I'll be with you in a moment"

It continued with a back scenes commentary on how much they didn't want to work and had personal issues needing to be tended to. I get it, it's a job... but put on your happy face and greet your customers who are paying your wages and keeping your bosses business afloat and it's a consumer based business

Pretty great coffee and it offers a large area to sit and there a plenty of tables to work at. The pastries are delicious and the atmosphere is great. Also their bathrooms are nice and clean!
