Update -8/27/21 (3 stars)
They've got some new baristas that are still learning to make good coffee. Moved on to other coffee places until things get better.

Solid local Cafe. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating.

Excellent coffee with many milk alternatives, if you're into that (hemp, almond, oat, etc). These guys know how to make good espresso. East to find, easy to park. They have outside seating and a cozy space indoors!
They serve Olympia Coffee Roasters' espresso, which seems to be a rare find in Seattle.

Nice cozy spot for coffee.
I've always had great, friendly service from the baristas. The coffee is great. And there's a lot of seating both indoor and outdoor for it's size, which is a plus. I second another reviewer's comment about a lot of the seating being uncomfortable, unfortunately.

This cozy little cafe is a local favourite. They make good coffee and there's usually a few people without it being too busy. The pumpkin bread is delicious and they offer some tasty toasted sandwiches as well. It's dog friendly and they have treats from mud bay near the entry.

Cute cozy coffee shop. The staff were friendly and it had a chill vibe. My latte wasn't that great though, too much oat milk and not enough foam.

This is such a cute place. Dog friendly, which is wonderful for dogless people like me, I get to see so many adorable puppers! The coffee is great too and they have a wide selection of milk alternatives, which makes my tummy happy. Also one of a handful of places that opens at 6am, so grateful for that!

My favorite coffee shop in Ballard! I live across 15th with at least three coffee shops that are more convenient for me, but make it a point to walk my butt to Woodland for my fix. Woman-owned and operated, the staff are chill, accommodating and genuine. (To the review below — yes, they might call you 'bud'. On what planet is that offensive *eye roll*) I love knowing that I'm giving my $ to a business that cares for their community, too. Oh and they serve quality coffee, food takeaways, and the space is very cute and welcoming if you feel like relaxing.

These ladies were fantastic! I am usually a baristas nightmare but they knew what I wanted, how to make it, and were so kind about it! I'm a traditional macchiato- espresso creme kind of gal

My clients chose this coffee shop because it was very close to a birthday party they were attending later in the evening and I'm so glad they did. Reid was absolutely the sweetest, kindest most hospitable guy who was just a pure joy. We sat in there for two hours having a meeting at the end of which my client just sat back with her arms crossed and said, "I really love this place and he's so nice too." Thanks a million Reid, you're awesome.
