Nice coffee spot, only one person was working when we were there, but it still wasn't too terrible of a wait. Good variety of options and nice decorations. Also had a place for kids to play.

Visiting the area with a friend, came upon this place by chance. Very tasty London Fog tea latte and hot chocolate. Exceptionally nice staff and a nice little space.

We're from Australia and we're looking for a half decent coffee on the way to Seattle airport. Google brought us here and it was great. Just like having coffee at home.

Little Barrio spot for the best coffee in the area. They also support the youth in the community.now featuring art from young budding artist.

The best thing about the neighborhood coffeeshop is seeing your neighbors in the coffee shop. The staff are always friendly, the drinks are always delicious, and the baked goods stay on point.

Tim & Cote are South Park neighborhood business owners that give social justice awareness to you everyday cup of coffee. Supporting this coffee that’s sourced, roasted and served in Seattle’s only neighborhood without a Starbucks makes this place THE shop to go out of your way to stop and not only enjoy the coffee, but the neighborhood and the people. Cheers!

The coffee was great, the indoor seating appreciated. Now I just want to go back when the pop-up kitchens are present so that there are more food options.

This place is new enough that things might totally change over time, but the baristas I have encountered (minus one) have been rather dismissive (not mean, just absent...and like they'd rather be somewhere else). They haven't developed a real "regular" crew yet, so the social factor is lacking. Their chai (my favorite drink) leaves something to be desired...
Overall, time will tell. They might get consistent staff and regulars that make this a happening place to be.

Friendly ownership. Good coffee. A gathering place for the neighborhood.
