Great place, but please teach the team on Friday mornings that having friendly conversations with customers in line, doesnt mean holding up the line, causing a 10 person backup because you can't remember an actor in a movie.

The staff here has made sure to go out of their way to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. They don't accept tips, so the only way I've been able to show my appreciation is to thank them for it.

Excellent coffee not to be missed in South Lake Union. If you're still sort of coffee fanatic that I am and you will appreciate this place.

This is the third "Coffee Works" in the area, and feels like they carried forward the best of the franchise - being local, humble and focused on really well-crafted coffee.

Nice coffee shop, pricing was around expected for Seattle location, and were happy to meet my dietary obstacles.
